The Land area of the irrigation district is million mu. The arable land is million mu. The irrigated area designed is million mu. The effective irrigation is million mu . It is a pure Irrigation Area with poor groundwater resources. To make full use of water resources, and to promote economic development in agriculture, the Irrigation district gets waterfrom the reservoir crops are mainly wheat,while corn,cotton,millet and sweet potato,and the regrown index is . The route of this design is as to water demand of the crops and water balance equation to make crop irrigation system .and develop the water balance Irrigation channels in accordance with the topography and drainage design the drainage channels and all the transverse, vertical section,and design irrigation and drainage system emphases of this project is waterlocks .The last is the light of all the construction budget for civil works design. After the pletion of the project, million mu of irrigated area will be resumed .At the same time ,the project will improve the ecological environment and replenish the groundwater resources ,and address the dringking problem of some villagers .
