Having heard the news from the government that free public bicycle will be provided to people in Haidian, I felt strongly excited. And I am writing to give some suggestion to promote the construction of public bicycle. The safety and security problem is the thing that should be considered first. In my mind, the government should app the chip technology to the public bicycle to prevent it from being stolen. For example, to borrow a bicycle, every citizen must use their ID card which can record the information of the borrower. In this way, when a bicycle is missing or damaged, the person that should be responsible for this can be easily found.
