【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 ificates for Party A and permit the use of authenticated certificates and certification marks, but the ownership of issued certificates belongs to Party B.乙方承諾不泄露審核過程所涉及到的甲方的商業(yè)機(jī)密及技術(shù)機(jī)密給任何第三方，以下信息例外：Party B promise not to disclose the review process that involved the trade secrets and technical secrets of Party A to any third party, except the following information. 公開的信息； Public information 甲方書面允許的信息； Written and permitted the information of Party A 法律程序要求提供的信息； Legal proceedings requirements providing the information ３． 乙方對甲方發(fā)生的任何產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)、環(huán)境、安全等事故及該事故引發(fā)的對任何人的賠償不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。任何足以引起甲方不能維持認(rèn)證管理體系正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的情形出現(xiàn)時(shí)，乙方有權(quán)增加監(jiān)督審核頻次或進(jìn)行不預(yù)先通知的非例行的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督抽查，由此產(chǎn)生的費(fèi)用（如審核費(fèi)、差旅費(fèi)等）由甲方承擔(dān)。3. Party B is not responsible for any product quality, production, environment, security and other accidents which Party B cause, and is not responsible for the accident causing pensation for any person. When Party A cannot maintain the typical operation of management system, Party B have the rights to increase the frequency of supervision and examination and conduct onsite supervision of nonroutine sampling without prior notice, producing costs such as audit fees, travel expenses , etc. borne by the Party.４． 甲方未能滿足認(rèn)證要求，且不能及時(shí)對乙方所提出的不符合項(xiàng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行有效糾正，乙方有權(quán)不推薦注冊和發(fā)證，但有權(quán)收取本合同約定的相關(guān)的認(rèn)證費(fèi)用和差旅費(fèi)及相應(yīng)的滯納金。3. If Party A cannot meet the certification requirements and cannot timely and effectively correct the filled short of items advanced by Party B, Party B have the rights not to remend the registration and certification but have the rights to receive the correlative certification fees promised and travel expenses and the corresponding late payment.５． 乙方應(yīng)在甲方獲證后對甲方進(jìn)行監(jiān)督審核和再認(rèn)證審核，驗(yàn)證甲方管理體系的持續(xù)符合性之后為甲方保持注冊。如果甲方未能持續(xù)符合認(rèn)證要求，且未能對乙方所提出的不符合項(xiàng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行有效糾正，或未在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)接受監(jiān)督審核或再認(rèn)證，乙方有權(quán)暫停/撤消認(rèn)證證書。乙方應(yīng)及時(shí)以書面形式將暫停/撤消決定通告甲方，并有權(quán)依相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及行業(yè)有關(guān)部門的規(guī)定將暫停/撤銷決定予以公告。5. After Party A obtain the certificate, Party B shall conduct supervision examination and recertification audit to Party A. Party A remains registered after continuous pliance of management system is validated. If Party A cannot continue to meet the certification requirements and the failure items advanced by Party B does not effectively and timely corrected or does not accept supervision and examination or recertification within the specified time, Party B have the rights to suspend / withdraw the accreditation certificate . Party B shall promptly notify Party A in writing to suspend / withdraw the decision and shall have the rights to suspend / revoke the announced decision in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and provisions of trade related to departments.6. 當(dāng)滿足本合同所有相關(guān)條款的要求時(shí)，證書有效期三年，三年后乙方為甲方再認(rèn)證換發(fā)證書。6.
