【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 The operation instructions shall be formulated under the anization of the Equipment Section of Manufacturing Department. The operator shall observe the operation instructions and keep the equipment in good maintenance and repair. b. 必須對操作工進行知識和技能的培訓(xùn)，經(jīng)考核合格持證上崗。 To improve knowledge and skills, the operators must be provided with necessary training. Only those holding qualification certificates are allowed to work on relevant posts. c. 做好年度維修、保養(yǎng)計劃，按計劃做好維修保養(yǎng)工作。 Work out annual repair and maintenance planning, and carry out the repair and maintenance as scheduled in the planning. d. 必要時對過程參數(shù)進行連續(xù)監(jiān)控。 If required, the process parameters should be monitored continuously. 設(shè)備保養(yǎng)維修控制 Equipment Repair amp。 Maintenance Control 由制造部設(shè)備部門根據(jù)設(shè)備運行情況、過程控制圖反映的工序穩(wěn)定性，制造商的建議等制訂設(shè)備保養(yǎng)維修計劃，根據(jù)保養(yǎng)工作量和難易程度，分為日常保養(yǎng)、一級保養(yǎng)（小修）、二級保養(yǎng)（中修）、三級保養(yǎng)（大修），設(shè) 備管理人員負(fù)責(zé)驗收及記錄。 The Equipment Section of Manufacturing Department shall formulate Equipment Repair amp。 Maintenance Planning by considering the equipment operation, process stability as revealed in the process control drawing, and the manufacturers’ proposals. According to the workloads and difficulties, the maintenance is classified into four levels, . Routine Maintenance, 1st Level Maintenance (minor repair), 2nd Level Maintenance (medium repair) and 3rd Level Maintenance (major or overhaul repair). 日 常維護保養(yǎng) Routine Maintenance a. 操作人員每日上班先根據(jù)《設(shè)備日常點檢卡》之要求對設(shè)備進行保養(yǎng)，下班前清掃周邊環(huán)境，擦拭機械設(shè)備。 Before starting the job each day, the operators shall carry out proper maintenance as required in “Routine SpotCheck Card”. Before finishing the job, the operators shall clear the space around and wipe the equipment clean. b. 設(shè)備日常運作出現(xiàn)故障時，由使用部門開出工作委托單交設(shè)備維修人員處理，設(shè)備維修人員接單后安排維修工進行維修。維修結(jié)束后，使用部門進行驗收，驗收合格后，針對故障在《設(shè)備履歷卡》上作記錄。 In case the equipment is found to fail during daily operation, the operating department shall issue a Job Bill and submit it to the maintenance personnel. At receipt of the Job Bill, the maintenance personnel shall assign proper repairman to make repairs. After pleting the repair, the operating department shall make an inspection. If the repair proves acceptable, the troubles will be recorded in Equipment History Sheet. 維修保養(yǎng) Maintenance amp。 Repair a. 設(shè)備維修人員每年制定《設(shè)備年度檢修計劃》，報部長批準(zhǔn)后執(zhí)行。計劃檢修：一級保養(yǎng)（小修），二級保養(yǎng)（中修）由相關(guān)部門填寫工作委托單交設(shè)備維修人員維修，三級保養(yǎng)（大修）可由 制造部設(shè)備科 托外修理。 The equipment maintenance personnel shall formulate Equipment Annual Repair Planning each year and submit it to the Department Manager for approval.
