【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 設(shè)置情況、部門職位設(shè)置情況、培訓(xùn)中介單位的信息、教材采購庫存信息、設(shè)備設(shè)施管理信息、其他參考信息。這一個模塊主要完成對用戶、用戶權(quán)限以及數(shù)據(jù)安全、數(shù)據(jù)備份、數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)的功能和確定該用戶是否是合法用戶，根據(jù)權(quán)限合法用戶又分系統(tǒng)負(fù)責(zé)人各一般用戶。一般用戶可以修改自己的密碼，而系統(tǒng)負(fù)責(zé)人還可以進行增刪用戶的操作。（如下圖）、存在的問題及今后的發(fā)展方向（1）用戶界面使用友好。既可以用鼠標(biāo)，也可以用鍵盤完成整個操作。（2）本系統(tǒng)不僅實現(xiàn)了對企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)整個流程的管理功能，而且使企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)工作系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、自動化，從而達(dá)到提高企業(yè)培訓(xùn)管理效率的目的。（3）系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了一定程度的通用性。不同的企業(yè)都可以根據(jù)自己的需要稍加修改，就可應(yīng)用。（4）系統(tǒng)采用開發(fā)式的模塊架構(gòu)，便于系統(tǒng)升級、擴充和用戶自行再開發(fā)。由于時間和其他等方面的條件限制，本系統(tǒng)再開發(fā)中存在以下問題：①系統(tǒng)有些附帶的功能尚未實現(xiàn)。②由于開發(fā)環(huán)境的限制，系統(tǒng)還只能單機上運行。要同其它計算機通信必須通過電子郵件的方式來實現(xiàn)。根據(jù)上述內(nèi)容，可以知道系統(tǒng)今后的發(fā)展，首先就是要實現(xiàn)以上功能。但除此以外，開發(fā)要從以下幾個方面考慮，以便能滿足用戶發(fā)展的需要和計算機硬件的升級的需求。系統(tǒng)將從現(xiàn)在的C/S模式轉(zhuǎn)化為B/S模式，以適應(yīng)企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)采用多媒體教學(xué)。系統(tǒng)版本應(yīng)由現(xiàn)在的單機版升級為網(wǎng)絡(luò)版，以利于與企業(yè)Intranet及Internet交互通訊。① 數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)要由現(xiàn)在的但層模式，發(fā)展為以后的多層體系結(jié)構(gòu)，以適應(yīng)企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴展需求。這樣就可以將數(shù)據(jù)計算任務(wù)集中在能力較強的計算機上，從而減輕計算能力較差的客戶機的負(fù)擔(dān)，具體所明如下：② 一個數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用程序在邏輯上通常由兩個部分組成，一是數(shù)據(jù)訪問鏈路，二是用戶界面，這二者的組合既是應(yīng)用程序的本系結(jié)構(gòu)。 單層模式是數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用程序與數(shù)據(jù)庫共享同意個文件系統(tǒng)，使用的是本地數(shù)據(jù)庫或文件來存取數(shù)據(jù)。此時用戶界面與數(shù)據(jù)訪問鏈路是統(tǒng)一的，這樣不僅增加了本機的負(fù)擔(dān)，而且設(shè)計界面難以保持一致的風(fēng)格。③ 兩層數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用程序是客戶程序提供用戶界面，通過BDE從遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器獲取數(shù)據(jù)。在這種體系結(jié)構(gòu)中，數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問鏈路設(shè)計與用戶界面設(shè)計就分開了，從而能達(dá)到比較好的設(shè)計效果。④ 多層數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用程序中，客戶程序、應(yīng)用服務(wù)器和遠(yuǎn)程服務(wù)器分布在不同機器上。其中，客戶程序主要提供用戶界面它能夠向應(yīng)用服務(wù)器請求數(shù)據(jù)和申請更新數(shù)據(jù)，再由應(yīng)用服務(wù)器向數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器請求數(shù)據(jù)和申請更新數(shù)據(jù)。正因為該體系結(jié)構(gòu)具有以上特點，今年來，多層分布式數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)得到了越來越廣泛應(yīng)用。36結(jié)束語本文分析了員工培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)并對這一個管理系統(tǒng)做了具體的設(shè)計，對系統(tǒng)進行了實地調(diào)研分析和軟件開發(fā)分析。由于本系統(tǒng)是基于Visual FoxPro ，采用VF自己的數(shù)據(jù)庫所以開發(fā)和維護都很簡單。系統(tǒng)操作也非常簡單易懂，容易上手。但由于時間倉促還有很多功能沒有完善，系統(tǒng)只能單機上運行，擁有一定的局限性。這些缺點有待于以后逐步完善。除此之外，還要注意用戶對系統(tǒng)要求的升級，和硬件的升級來考慮軟件的完善。通過介紹以達(dá)到觸類旁通，舉一反三的目的，也可以對企業(yè)員工管理系統(tǒng)有進一步的了解和認(rèn)識。致 謝值此本文即將完成之際，謹(jǐn)向所有關(guān)心我的老師，同學(xué)，親人們致以真摯的感謝。首先感謝指導(dǎo)教師周修理老師的關(guān)心，姜指導(dǎo)和教誨。本人在做畢業(yè)設(shè)計期間自始至終都是在老師全面、具體、耐心的指導(dǎo)下進行的。周老師對我們的論文質(zhì)量嚴(yán)格要求,十分令人尊敬。感謝我的老師們，在我學(xué)習(xí)中，不僅教會我專業(yè)性的理論知識，還教會我如何自學(xué)，在本次設(shè)計中，老師們教會我的東西，讓我更好的發(fā)揮了我的專業(yè)水平及我的自學(xué)能力。在此我對我所有的老師表示深深的謝意。另外，感謝我的同事和朋友，在我設(shè)計期間他們對我的不斷的支持和鼓勵是我前進的動力源泉。在論文設(shè)計過程中，他(她)們?yōu)槲姨峁┝舜罅康馁Y料和建議。使我能順利完成整個過程。最后，再次向所有關(guān)心、幫助、理解、支持我的老師和同學(xué)們致以深深的謝意。感謝他們對我的無私幫助！參考文獻[1] 崔寶深，王娟Visual FoxPro程序設(shè)計教程 （1）：263~299[2]邵洋，谷宇，何旭洪Visual FoxPro [3]李凡Visual FoxPro 水利水電出版社 [4]蔡偉，劉立志 段海午 范有元Visual FoxPro [5]余文芳 Visual FoxPro 人民郵電出版社 [6]范立南，張宇Visual FoxPro 電子工業(yè)出版社 [7]馬義玲，汪令江，曾勇 數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用 FoxPro for windows Christopher TolkienAINULINDAL?The Music of the AinurThere was Eru, the One, who in Arda is called Il鷙atar。 and he made first the Ainur, the Holy Ones, that were the offspring of his thought, and they were with him before aught else was made. But for a long while they sang only each alone, or but few together, while the rest hearkened。 for each prehended only that part of me mind of Il鷙atar from which he came, and in the understanding of their brethren they grew but slowly. Yet ever as they listened they came to deeper understanding, and increased in unison and harmony.And it came to pass that Il鷙atar called together all the Ainur and declared to them a mighty theme, unfolding to them things greater and more wonderful than he had yet revealed。 and the glory of its beginning and the splendour of its end amazed the Ainur, so that they bowed before Il鷙atar and were silent.Then Il鷙atar said to them: 39。Of the theme that I have declared to you, I will now that ye make in harmony together a Great Music. And since I have kindled you with the Flame Imperishable, ye shall show forth your powers in adorning this theme, each with his own thoughts and devices, if he will. But I win sit and hearken, and be glad that through you great beauty has been wakened into song.39。Then the voices of the Ainur, like unto harps and lutes, and pipes and trumpets, and viols and organs, and like unto countless choirs singing with words, began to fashion the theme of Il鷙atar to a great music。 and a sound arose of endless interchanging melodies woven in harmony that passed beyond hearing into the depths and into the heights, and the places of the dwelling of Il鷙atar were filled to overflowing, and the music and the echo of the music went out into the Void, and it was not void. Never since have the Ainur made any music like to this music, though it has been said that a greater still shall be made before Il鷙atar by the choirs of the Ainur and the Children of Il鷙atar after the end of days. Then the themes of Il鷙atar shall be played aright, and take Being in the moment of their utterance, for all shall then understand fully his intent in their part, and each shall know the prehension of each, and Il鷙atar shall give to their thoughts the secret fire, being well pleased.But now Il鷙atar sat and hearkened, and for a great while it seemed good to him, for in the music there were no flaws. But as the theme progressed, it came into the heart of Melkor to interweave matters of his own imagining that were not in accord with the theme of Il鷙atar, for he sought therein to increase the power and glory of the part assigned to himself. To Melkor among the Ainur had been given the greatest gifts of power and knowledge, and he had a share in all the gifts of his brethren. He had gone often alone into the void places seeking the Imperishable Flame。 for desire grew hot within him to bring into Being things of his own, and it seemed to him that Il鷙atar took no thought for the Void, and he was impatient of its emptiness. Yet he found not the Fire, for it is with Il鷙atar. But being alone he had begun to conceive thoughts of his own unlike those of his brethren.Some of these thoughts he now wove into his music, and straightway discord arose about him, and many that sang nigh him grew despondent, and their thought was disturbed and their music faltered。 but some began to attune their music to his rather than to the thought which they had at first. Then the discord of Melkor spread ever wider, and the melodies which had been heard before foundered in a sea of turbulent sound. But Il鷙atar sat and hearkened until it seemed that about his throne there was a raging storm, as of dark waters that made war one upon another in an endless wrath that would not be assuaged.Then Il鷙atar arose, and the Ainur perceived that he smiled。 and he lifted up his left hand, and a new theme began amid the storm,
