本文首先對汽車廢氣能量進(jìn)行了分析，提出應(yīng)當(dāng)用有效能的能量衡算方法分析汽車廢氣能量，指出了影響廢氣能量的因素并提出了提高廢氣中可用能量的措施。其次，本文分析了不同排氣系統(tǒng)在廢氣能量利用上的差異，提出了能量利用效率較高的排氣系統(tǒng)方案并針對一臺發(fā)動機(jī)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。再次，針對一臺柴油發(fā)動機(jī)利用編制的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)程序進(jìn)行了渦輪部分設(shè)計(jì)。br 本文還針對一臺具體的發(fā)動機(jī)排氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了渦輪機(jī)殼，渦輪管道，軸，軸承，對此部分的設(shè)計(jì)是依照渦輪尺寸來設(shè)計(jì)的。其部分尺寸由渦輪計(jì)算得出。由于能力有限，知識限制，再者現(xiàn)在的發(fā)電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)相當(dāng)成熟，本文不再具體針對發(fā)電系統(tǒng)部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，本裝置只設(shè)計(jì)到軸部分，軸端可以裝萬向連接器，也可以與要設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)電機(jī)同軸，需要注意的是本裝置設(shè)計(jì)的軸承一端為懸浮，即只有一端軸向固定，另一端的軸向固定還需要電動機(jī)里面的軸承來實(shí)現(xiàn)。
