危害，保護人身財產安全，制定本規(guī)范。 本規(guī)范適用于新建、擴建和改建的工業(yè)、民用建筑的防煙、排煙系統(tǒng)設計、施工、驗 收及維護管理。 建筑防煙、排煙系統(tǒng)設計，應密切結合保護對象的功能和火災煙氣流動特點，積極采 取有效 的技術措施，做到安全可靠、技術先進、經濟合理。 建筑防煙、排煙系統(tǒng)的設備，應選用符合國家現(xiàn)行有關標準和有關準入制度的產品。 建筑防煙、排煙系統(tǒng)的設計、施工及驗收，除執(zhí)行本規(guī)范外，尚應符合國家現(xiàn)行有關 標準的要求。 2 2 術語和符號 術 語 防煙系統(tǒng) smoke containment system 采用機械加 壓送風或自然通風的方式，防止煙氣進入樓梯間、前室、避難層（間）等 空間的系統(tǒng)，分為機械加壓送風系統(tǒng)或自然通風系統(tǒng)，由送風機、送風口及送風管道等機械 加壓送風設施或可開啟外窗等自然通風設施組成。 排煙系統(tǒng) smoke management system 采用機械排煙或自然排煙的方式，將房間、走道等空間的煙氣排至建筑物外的系統(tǒng)， 分為機械排煙系統(tǒng)或自然排煙系統(tǒng)，由排煙風機、排煙口及排風管道等機械排煙設施或可開 啟外窗等
