The excellent managerial staff shall be assigned for this project and the works to be executed according to the project laws. The Project Manager has full rights to represent our pany to fulfill the engineering contracting contract and conduct the general management during the construction. The construction team with strong construction strength and rich working experience in similar works shall be selected for this project to ensure pletion of the works on schedule. Selection of Construction Program土方工程：采用兩臺(tái)挖機(jī)機(jī)械挖土，采用單坑開挖和條形開挖二種方案。Earthworks: Two excavators to be used for excavation, two construction methods like single pit excavation and strip excavation to be adopted.鋼筋工程：豎向粗鋼筋主要采用電渣壓力焊連接方式；水平方向粗鋼筋主要采用閃光對(duì)焊連接方式。Rebar Works: The Electroslag welding to be adopted for the connection of vertical thick rebars。 the flash butt welding to be used for connection of horizontal heavy rebars. 模板工程：基礎(chǔ)采用組合鋼模,柱、梁板主要采用20mm厚夾板。支撐體系采用鋼管支撐體系。Form works: The posite metal forms to be applied for the foundation。 20mm thick of plywood mainly for columns and beam boards。 Steel tube supporting system to be adopted as the supporting system.砼工程：基礎(chǔ)及主體結(jié)構(gòu)砼采用商品砼澆制。Concrete works: The mercial concrete pouring method to be used for the foundation and main structure concrete works.預(yù)制管架施工： crawler crane to be used for the construction of precast pipe rack. Division of Construction Stage and construction procedures：Division of Construction Stage 依據(jù)整個(gè)工程的特點(diǎn)，將本工程劃分為三個(gè)施工段。According to the characteristics of the whole works, this project is divided into three construction stages. The labor source will be allocated in advance and maintained reasonable flowing. The dynamic control pattern to be applied for the labors to ensure the enough constructors to meet the technical, safety and progress requirements.第五章 施工準(zhǔn)備Chapter Five: Construction Preparations Labor Preparation，向業(yè)主提交項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部管理人員名單及簡介，經(jīng)業(yè)主確認(rèn)后立即進(jìn)駐施工現(xiàn)場組建項(xiàng)目管理部，開展項(xiàng)目施工的前期準(zhǔn)備工作。Prior to starting the works, the project managerial staff name list and resume should be submitted to the Owner for confirmation. After approval of the Owner, those staff can enter site to establish the project management department and make preparations for the project.。Prior to construction, the construction team approved by the Owner shall be organized to enter the site to execute the works.，項(xiàng)目管理部組織各級(jí)工程人員進(jìn)行工程情況及主要技術(shù)安全交底，特別是重點(diǎn)對(duì)其進(jìn)行安全防火的宣傳教育，并制定相應(yīng)制度，要求他們遵照?qǐng)?zhí)行。After the construction personnel entering the site, the project management department shall organize the engineering staff in all levels to hold the technical and safety explanation meeting on all site situation. Particular attention should be given for fire fighting education. The corresponding regulations should be worked out and urge the workers and relevant people to observe and implement it. Technical Preparations，以便各施工單位或設(shè)備供應(yīng)商可提前進(jìn)行技術(shù)上的前期協(xié)調(diào)工作。The Owner should confirm all specialist panies and equipment suppliers at an early stage so that the construction pany or equipment supplier is able to make technical coordination work in advance.，業(yè)主宜組織設(shè)計(jì)院、監(jiān)理單位及各專業(yè)分包施工單位及設(shè)備供應(yīng)商對(duì)本工程從設(shè)計(jì)到施工進(jìn)行綜合的圖紙會(huì)審，解決工程施工的技術(shù)問題，設(shè)計(jì)院在綜合各單位的技術(shù)要求之后向各單位提供詳盡而準(zhǔn)確的施工圖紙。Prior to construction, the Owner should organize the design institute, supervision pany and all specialist panies as well as equipment suppliers to make joint prehensive review on construction drawings from design stage to construction stages, to solve the technical issues in construction.
