【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 of lease, the Parties shall together keep the lease area and public area clean and unobstructed. 4．如無(wú)甲方書(shū)面特別許可，下列物品禁止進(jìn)入甲方場(chǎng)館： 4. The following articles shall not enter into Party A’s place without Party A’s special permission in writing: （1）危險(xiǎn)物，包括但不限于武器、槍支、刀、劍、彈藥、炸藥易燃物、放射物或其他危險(xiǎn)物品。 (1) Dangerous articles including but not limited to any weapon, gun, knife, sword, cartridge, explosive flammable articles, radioactive articles or other dangerous articles. （2）未經(jīng)海關(guān)同意的進(jìn)口物品。 (2) Imported goods without the Customs’ permission. （3）任何影響甲方正常運(yùn)作或被有關(guān)部門(mén)禁止的物品。 (3) Any article affecting normal operation of Party A or forbidden by relevant authorities. 第七條 甲方權(quán)利義務(wù) Article 7 Rights and Obligations of Party A 1．甲方有權(quán)監(jiān)督乙方在租賃期限內(nèi)遵守本合同約定及甲方的有關(guān)規(guī)章制度，并對(duì)乙方違反 有關(guān)約定的行為予以制止。（補(bǔ)充：由于乙方違反甲方管理制度導(dǎo)致會(huì)展活動(dòng)無(wú)法進(jìn)行的，相關(guān)責(zé)任由乙方自行承擔(dān)，給甲方造成損失的，甲方保留追究乙方責(zé)任的權(quán)利。） 1. Party A shall be entitled to monitor Party B’s act to conform to stipulations contained herein and relevant rules and regulations of Party A within the term of lease, and prohibit any Party B’s act against relevant stipulations. 2．甲方應(yīng)按約定為乙方提供場(chǎng)地及相關(guān)配套設(shè)施和經(jīng)營(yíng)條件，保障乙方正常的會(huì)展活動(dòng)。 2. Party A shall provide the place and relevant supporting facilities and operation conditions as stipulated to ensure the normal operation of exhibition by Party B. 3．除有明確約定外，甲方不得不干涉乙方正常的會(huì)展活動(dòng)。 3. Except as otherwise clearly stipulated, Party A shall not interfere with Party B’s normal exhibition activities. 4．甲方應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行物業(yè)管理，并負(fù)責(zé)場(chǎng)內(nèi)的安全防范和經(jīng)營(yíng)設(shè)施的建設(shè)及維護(hù)、包括：建筑物（包括公共區(qū)域及租賃場(chǎng)地）的管理及維修保養(yǎng)；對(duì)乙方裝修的審查和監(jiān)督；水、電、 氣、空調(diào)、電梯、扶梯等設(shè)備、管道、線路、設(shè)施及系統(tǒng)的管理、維修及保養(yǎng)；清潔管理；保安管理并負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)的公共安全；消防管理；內(nèi)外各種通道、道路、停車(chē)場(chǎng)的管理。 4. Party A shall conduct property management to the market, and take charge of security inside the place and construction and maintenance of operation facilities, including management, repair and maintenance of buildings (including those in public area and lease area), inspecting and monitoring Party B’s decoration, management, repair and maintenance of equipment, pipelines, lines, facilities and system such as water, power, gas, air conditioning, escalators, and etc., cleaning management, security management and public security of the market, fire protection management, and management of all passageways, roads and parking lots inside and outside. 第八條 乙方權(quán)利義務(wù) Article 8 Rights and Obligations of Party B 1．乙方應(yīng)按照約定用途使用甲方場(chǎng)地，自覺(jué)遵守甲方依法制訂的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，服從甲方的監(jiān)督。 1.
