Exclusions 下列情況乙方向甲方提供滿意的服務，需照章收費:Party B would also supply Party A with satisfied service under the following circumstance, but payment should be charged correspondingly: 甲方違反操作規(guī)范所造成的機器及附件的故障。 Disobey the direction of operation manual by the users。 甲方在運輸、保管本機及附件時方法不當造成的震動損傷、受潮、受熱引起的故障。 Damages in transportation and preservation by customer himself。 由于火災、水災，地震、電網(wǎng)電壓不穩(wěn)定及其它自然災害等非人為原因造成的設備損壞。 Damages caused by fire, water flood, earthquakes, unsteady of power and other natural disasters。 甲方自行拆卸機體及部件造成的設備損壞。 Party A disassembles the machine and spare parts by himself。 因非乙方提供的消耗材料、零部件等而造成的設備損壞。 Breakdown caused by fake consumable and spare parts provided by other panies。 甲方未能出示本服務合同的有效原件。 Party A failed to provide effective original of this contract. Breach 因乙方不能及時履行合同所規(guī)定的服務條款，并對甲方工作造成嚴重延誤時，甲方有權終止合同。 Party A has the right to terminate the contract and claim the Service Fee back in the condition Party B fails to execute this contract and influence the normal work of Party A。 因乙方工作失誤導致甲方設備損壞，乙方應賠償甲方相應零件并負責修復工作。 Party B should pensate and repair the equipment due to the damage caused by himself。 甲方未能按本合同條款3的規(guī)定及時付款時，乙方可解除合同并保留追繳甲方欠款的權利。 Party B has the right
