In addition to legal remedies, fees, or anticipated pensation, mitted or agreed to shall be due and payable to the provider immediately upon demand.各方同意于使用對(duì)方提供之信息而與第三者完成交易時(shí)，不論是現(xiàn)在的或未來(lái)的個(gè)案，也不論是直接或是經(jīng)由他個(gè)人或公司行號(hào)進(jìn)行接洽時(shí)，絕不跨越合約中之對(duì)方私自進(jìn)行，若違反本合約內(nèi)之任何條款，受損方可請(qǐng)求賠償其損失，償付之損失相當(dāng)于其預(yù)計(jì)之應(yīng)得利益，若為強(qiáng)制救濟(jì)時(shí)，得加上訴訟與律師之費(fèi)用－一旦發(fā)生越線或試圖發(fā)生時(shí)，所有因此信息而連帶產(chǎn)生之各項(xiàng)進(jìn)行中的聯(lián)系，活動(dòng)或接洽事項(xiàng)均立即取消；承諾保證或同意支付之賠償金與法律之費(fèi)用，在對(duì)方提出時(shí)，違反之一方須立即支付之。10. Governing law: Claims and disputes in connection with this agreement shall be in accord with the Vienna Conventions, unless otherwise noted, in writing, Taiwan ROC or Hong Kong with the respect to the venue of any breach.管轄之法律：有關(guān)本協(xié)議書(shū)所牽連之索賠以及爭(zhēng)端，將使用維也納協(xié)約除有書(shū)面約定外，臺(tái)灣或是香港法院皆為其管轄訴訟之法院。11. Breach: In the event of breach of this agreement, it is agreed that the damaged party receives as damages any mission or other remuneration the defaulting party receives either directly or indirectly, as a result of the breach, or any mission that the referring party would have earned had there not been a breach, at the damaged parties option. In addition, the defaulting or breaching party agree to pay all court costs, legal fees and other related expenses upon award of judgment in any court of petent jurisdiction over the person, entity of property of the signatory against whom it is made。 and otherwise to pay other related expenses whether in court or out of court to pel the payment of the damages provided for herein.違約：如有發(fā)生對(duì)本協(xié)議書(shū)之違約時(shí)，受影響損害之一方受到如傭金或是報(bào)酬金之損失，該不履行約定之一方，不論是直接或是間接的造成了違約或任何一方日又因他方不違約便可得到之利益，卻因此違約而失去時(shí)，受有損害之一方因此可加以主張其損失外，另外對(duì)不履約及違約者可要求支付所有訴訟費(fèi)用、律師費(fèi)以及其它在任何法院審判程序；及其過(guò)程中對(duì)其個(gè)人，該簽署者之實(shí)質(zhì)財(cái)產(chǎn)中，未進(jìn)行的到判決所支付之相關(guān)費(fèi)用以及其它方面不論是法院之內(nèi)或之外，為了要求強(qiáng)制支付損害賠償所支付之費(fèi)用皆可要求。12.
