Trying to make the solutions simple, understandable and feasible. 文件的傳達(dá)Delivering of documents 在本合同執(zhí)行期內(nèi)（含跟蹤服務(wù)期），甲方與乙方之間所有的正式通知及文件均采用書面形式傳達(dá)給對(duì)方。Within the validity of the contract (the service period included), all the formal notices and files to and from the two parties shall be delivered in written paper.工作的開展The operation of consulting project 項(xiàng)目正式啟動(dòng)后，甲方和乙方共同組建一個(gè)咨詢項(xiàng)目委員會(huì)，由雙方的高層管理人士負(fù)責(zé)。When the project is start up, Party A and Party B shall jointly establish a Consultation Committee consisting of the top managers of the two parties. 為確保咨詢服務(wù)的質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度，乙方委托深圳市東方大成管理咨詢有限公司作為合作伙伴，共同組成咨詢項(xiàng)目小組開展對(duì)甲方的咨詢服務(wù)工作。小組成員構(gòu)成如下：乙方項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理1人（彭榮模先生），管理顧問(wèn)12人（陳耀忠先生、黃道銀先生）。乙方在經(jīng)過(guò)甲方同意，確保項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理不變的情況下可增加、調(diào)配顧問(wèn)組成員。To guarantee the quality and progress of the consultation project, Party B consigns Shenzhen Oriental Wisdom Management Consultation Co., Ltd. as its business partner. They will jointly set up a consulting team to serve for Party B. The team members consist of one project manager (Peng Rong Mo, Mr.) and two or three consultants (Chen Yao Zhong, Mr.。 Huang Dao Yin, Mr.). With the agreeing of Party A, Party B can increase or adjust consultants. 甲方有權(quán)對(duì)乙方配備的服務(wù)咨詢?nèi)藛T提出建議，并可要求乙方更換咨詢?nèi)藛T。Party A has the right to give suggestions to Party B consultants, and to ask Party B to replace its consultants. 甲方應(yīng)按照乙方的提議成立項(xiàng)目配合小組，負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系及協(xié)調(diào)工作，配合項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行。Party A will set up a coordination team as per Party B’s suggestion to work in contact and cooperation between the two parties and within Party A’s departments and factories, and be responsible for bringing the project solutions into effect. 甲方管理層應(yīng)該提供的相關(guān)信息，安排管理人員及員工與咨詢顧問(wèn)相互合作、共同遵照咨詢服務(wù)項(xiàng)目管理程序。乙方將全程培訓(xùn)甲方相關(guān)員工，做到知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移。The managers of Party A should provide Party B with relevant data
