【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 爆性能，并符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB4208《外殼防護(hù)等級的分類》及EPC合同中規(guī)定的要求。盤、箱、柜的材質(zhì)、顏色、厚度等要求必須滿足EPC合同，要求見EPC合同附件，盤、箱、柜的面漆顏色色標(biāo)要求與廠房內(nèi)的其他盤柜顏色一致，由買方提供。盤箱柜的防護(hù)等級為IP65。 要求給煤機(jī)控制柜、接線盒安裝在本體上隨本體一體化供貨，控制柜要求采用不銹鋼制作，控制箱采用堅固的防護(hù)裝置防護(hù)，防止運輸?shù)跹b過程中變形或損壞，控制箱做為與設(shè)計院設(shè)計的唯一接口，也就是說賣方配供的接線盒負(fù)責(zé)將信號全部引至控制箱。控制柜的面漆顏色色標(biāo)要求與廠房內(nèi)的其他盤柜顏色一致，由買方提供。要求控制柜下進(jìn)線，進(jìn)線孔長方形200（長）100（寬）（mm）。賣方的控制柜接地：柜門與柜體之間接地線連接，綠黃線接地； 給煤機(jī)進(jìn)、出口閘門不在賣方供貨范圍，但連鎖要滿足現(xiàn)場要求。 盤內(nèi)熔斷器、按鈕、主回路空氣開關(guān)、操作用小型斷路器、接觸器、中間繼電器、熱繼電器、限位開關(guān)等全部采用進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。 接線端子采用鳳凰端子U6K，并留有20%的備用量，柜內(nèi)接線采用FUN尼龍塑殼線，導(dǎo)線用塑料纏繞管綁扎。并留有DCS控制接口端子。 盤內(nèi)接線要求：正確、美觀、整齊、標(biāo)號齊全，安裝接線要求雙重編號：回路編號、安裝接線相對編號。 就地控制柜至就地設(shè)備的電纜由賣方提供并接線。電纜選型要滿足EPC合同電纜要求，采用鎧裝。 對于每臺給煤機(jī)，買方提供控制箱3 相4 線400/230V 電源。賣方需要其它等級、其它規(guī)格的電源時，由賣方自配變壓器自行解決。 賣方在給煤機(jī)和其配套部件的安裝使用說明書中專辟章節(jié)，詳述其在啟動、停止、正常運行、事故處理過程中的檢測、控制、調(diào)節(jié)、報警、聯(lián)鎖和保護(hù)的內(nèi)容和要求，和配供測控系統(tǒng)的特性、功能、原理、安裝、調(diào)試和使用注意事項。賣方在給煤機(jī)和其配套部件的安裝使用說明書中，列述其運行中各項參數(shù)的正常值、報警值、聯(lián)鎖和保護(hù)裝置的動作值。 總包合同要求。 賣方提供詳細(xì)的控制儀表設(shè)備清單。 賣方儀表設(shè)備選型必須滿足下表，最終由買方確認(rèn)。序號名稱制造商備注1熱電阻/熱電偶/就地壓力溫度表上海自動化儀表股份有限公司重慶川儀自動化股份有限公司安徽天康集團(tuán)有限公司2開關(guān)量儀表SOR/UE/ASHCROFT 賣方配供的儀表設(shè)備滿足下列EPC合同要求：n Codes and Standards Temperature Measurementa) Instrument and apparatus for temperature measurement ASME PTC (1974)b) Temperature measurement Thermocouples ANSIMC 1982.c) Temperature measurement by electrical resistance thermometers.d) Thermometerelementplatinum resistance. Transmitters shall be of the electronic 2wire type, capable of driving loads up to 550ohms at 24voltsdc. Transmitters shall be furnished with tags to identify service. Local indicator shall be provided for all transmitters.b) All Transmitters shall be smart type with HART Protocol Compatibility, min turndown ratio of 50. Pressure switches shall be selected as follows: General static pressure switches or differential pressure switches for normal medium or high static pressure shall be Static O Ring or acceptable equal.
