Members which are futures brokerage firms may only engage in futures brokerage business as authorized by their clients, while members which are not futures brokerage firms may only trade in futures on their own account.　　期貨交易所會員應(yīng)當(dāng)委派出市代表進(jìn)入交易場所內(nèi)進(jìn)行期貨交易。出市代表只能接受本會員單位的交易指令，不得接受其他單位、個人的交易指令或者為其提供咨詢意見，不得為自己進(jìn)行期貨交易?！　 futures exchange member shall appoint a listing representative to enter the futures exchange and carry out trading in fixtures. The listing representative may only take trading instructions from his own member unit and shall refi~ain from taking trading instructions from any other units or individuals, or providing them advice, or trading in futures on his own account.　　第二十九條 期貨經(jīng)紀(jì)公司接受客戶委托為其進(jìn)行期貨交易，應(yīng)當(dāng)事先向客戶出示風(fēng)險(xiǎn)說明書，經(jīng)客戶簽字確認(rèn)后，與客戶簽訂書面合同?！　rticle 29 A futures brokerage firm accepting authorization from a client to trade in fixtures on his account shall provide the client in advance with a written risk disclosure statement, and after the client has signed his confirmation, sign a written contract with the client.　　期貨經(jīng)紀(jì)公司不得向客戶作獲利保證或者與客戶約定分享利益或者共擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，不得接受公司、企業(yè)或者其他經(jīng)濟(jì)組織以個人的名義委托進(jìn)行期貨交易，不得將受托業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)委托或者接受轉(zhuǎn)委托業(yè)務(wù)。　　A futures brokerage firm shall not guarantee profits to its clients or agree on profit?sharing or risk?sharing with its clients, nor shall it accept from panies, enterprises or other economic organizations any authorization given in the name of an individual to trade in fixtures, nor shall it re?authorize its authorized business or accept any re?authorized business.　　第三十條 下列單位和個人不得從事期貨交易，期貨經(jīng)紀(jì)公司不得接受其委托為其進(jìn)行期貨交易：　　Article 30 The following traits and individuals are not allowed to trade in futures, and any fixtures brokerage firm may not accept their authorization to trade in futures on their behalf:　　（一）金融機(jī)構(gòu)、事業(yè)單位和國家機(jī)關(guān)；　　(1) financial institutions, government?sponsored institutions and State organs?！　。ǘ┲袊C監(jiān)會的工作人員；　　(2) personnel of the CSRC?！　。ㄈ┢谪浭袌鼋惯M(jìn)入者；　　(3) persons banned from entry into the firttues market。　?。ㄋ模┪茨芴峁╅_戶證明文件的單位；　　(4) units failing to furnish documents certifying that they have opened an account。 and　　（五）中國證監(jiān)會規(guī)定不得從事期貨交易的其他單位和個人?！　?5) other amts or individuals not allowed to trade in futures as prescribed by CSRC.　　第三十一條 客戶可以通過書面、電話或者中國證監(jiān)會規(guī)定的其他方式，向期貨經(jīng)紀(jì)公司下達(dá)交易指令?！　rticle 31 A client may give trading instructions to its fivtures brokerage firm in writing, by telephone or by using any other methods prescribed by the CSRC.　　客戶的交易指令應(yīng)當(dāng)明確、全面。　　Trading instructions given by a client shall be clear and plete.　　第三十二條 期貨經(jīng)紀(jì)公司根據(jù)客戶的交易指令，為其進(jìn)行期貨交易。期貨經(jīng)紀(jì)公司不得未經(jīng)客戶委托或者不按照客戶委托范圍，擅自進(jìn)行期貨交易?！　rticle 32 A futures brokerage firm shall trade in futures for a client pursuant to the client39。s trading instructions. A futures brokerage firm shall not trade in fixtures without a client39。s authorization or trade beyond the scope of authorization received from the client.　　第三十三條 期貨經(jīng)紀(jì)公司向客戶提供的期貨市場行情應(yīng)當(dāng)真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確，不得隱瞞重要事項(xiàng)或者使用其他不正當(dāng)手段誘騙客戶發(fā)出交易指令?！　rticle 33 The futures market quotations provided by a fizturcs brokerage firm to its clients shall be truthful and accurate, and shall not withhold any material information or otherwise use improper means so as to induce its clients into giving trading instmctions.　　第三十四條 期貨交易所應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)公布上市品種期貨合約的成交量、成交價(jià)、持倉量、最高價(jià)與最低價(jià)、開盤價(jià)與收盤價(jià)和其他應(yīng)當(dāng)公布的信息，并保證信息的真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確。期貨交易所不得公布價(jià)格預(yù)測信息。　　Article 34 A futures exchange shall promptly announce details concerning the futures contracts of the marketed varieties, including their volume of trades, pletion price, hold position volume, highest and lowest prices, opening and closing prices, and any other information which should be announced, and ensure that the information announced is truthful and accurate.
