菌根技術(shù)。鑒于AM菌根技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中分布的廣泛性和其在抗病、抗逆中表現(xiàn)出的積極作用,可望將AM菌根技術(shù)引入設(shè)施蔬菜的生產(chǎn)中。AM菌根技術(shù)的引入可以為設(shè)施蔬菜生產(chǎn)中病害的防治、鹽漬化土壤的改良利用尋求一條經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的途徑。在蔬菜育苗過(guò)程中進(jìn)行幼苗接種,形成菌根化植株幼苗,可促進(jìn)蔬菜幼苗抵御各種生物逆境和非生物逆境等不良環(huán)境的傷害,促進(jìn)設(shè)施蔬菜生產(chǎn)健康發(fā)展。隨著中國(guó)設(shè)施栽培面積的擴(kuò)大和科學(xué)水平的不斷提高,AM菌根生物技術(shù)在設(shè)施蔬菜生產(chǎn)中必將會(huì)發(fā)揮越來(lái)越重要的作用。參考文獻(xiàn)[1] 王倡憲,李曉林,秦嶺,[J].中國(guó)生物防治,2007,23(增刊):6469.[2] 郝永娟,劉春艷,王勇,[J].2007,13(19):7374.[3] Cordier C,Gianinazzi S,Gianinazzi Pearson V.
