菌根生物技術克服設施蔬菜連作障礙淺析(編輯修改稿)

【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 菌根技術。鑒于AM菌根技術在農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中分布的廣泛性和其在抗病、抗逆中表現(xiàn)出的積極作用，可望將AM菌根技術引入設施蔬菜的生產(chǎn)中。AM菌根技術的引入可以為設施蔬菜生產(chǎn)中病害的防治、鹽漬化土壤的改良利用尋求一條經(jīng)濟有效的途徑。在蔬菜育苗過程中進行幼苗接種，形成菌根化植株幼苗，可促進蔬菜幼苗抵御各種生物逆境和非生物逆境等不良環(huán)境的傷害，促進設施蔬菜生產(chǎn)健康發(fā)展。隨著中國設施栽培面積的擴大和科學水平的不斷提高，AM菌根生物技術在設施蔬菜生產(chǎn)中必將會發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。參考文獻[1] 王倡憲,李曉林,秦嶺,[J].中國生物防治,2007,23(增刊):6469.[2] 郝永娟,劉春艷,王勇,[J].2007,13(19):7374.[3] Cordier C,Gianinazzi S,Gianinazzi Pearson V.
