traditional method to validate its effectivity. (3) A new process parameters diagnosis method based on the fisher contribution plot was presented according to the principle of Fisher discriminant analysis. The new method and PCA contribution plot were all applied to the quadrupletank process to diagnose process parameters. The diagnosis results showed the difference of the two methods. (4) The production flow of CSP production line was described briefly, then the method of quality diagnosis based on neural works was applied to CSP production line to validate its feasibility and effectivity . Finally, the thesis was concluded with a summary and the prospect of the quality diagnosis theory was discussed. Based on the demand analysis of the department of product development in bus enterprises, using the software engineering method, the system is designed. The work system structure of the system implement is laid out and the safety strategy of the system is studied. Using group technology and parability principle, the bus and its parts are classified in reason and bus database is created. Using the method of the document management, the documents in product developing process are managed and the documents database are constructed. Using ASP and ODBC technology, the system is developed and the product data of the bus is managed and searched. Because the data management system is oriented to the product developing process, the safety of it is very important. Users management subsystem is structured for enhancing the safety of the whole system. By the system example, the process and method of using the system is presented. It has important significance to creating the data management system oriented to product developing process based on the web for the digitalization of the bus enterprises and lays a foundation for the resource share, data inherit and CE of the technology department in bus enterprise. Key words: Bus。 Product development。 Product Data Management System。 Web。 ASP 9 論文題 目: 熱軋帶鋼軋機工作輥熱應力的研究 Thermal Stress Study of Work Roll in Hot Strip Mill 研究生姓名: 韓繼鋮 導 師姓 名: 任學平 教授 專 業(yè): 機械電子工程 摘 要: 熱軋帶鋼軋機工作輥的熱變形直接影響著承載輥縫的形狀,從而影響著受軋帶鋼板型質量的好壞。同時工作輥由于受周期性溫度的作用,特別是工作輥表面受到瞬態(tài)周期性的熱沖擊,內部產(chǎn)生熱應力。在這些周期性熱應力的作用下,工作輥表面會產(chǎn)生熱疲勞,產(chǎn)生疲勞裂紋而導致工作輥斷裂或失效。因此,定性和定量確定熱應力顯得尤為重要,準確計算工作輥的溫度場是計算其熱應力的前提。 在工作輥溫度場的求解計算中,由于熱傳導和熱變形行為的復雜性,求解工作輥溫度場一直是帶鋼軋制研究領域的 薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。工作輥溫度場的求解方法有解析法、數(shù)值法和實測法等,但由于熱軋工作輥工作條件極其惡劣和復雜,解析法和實測法等都沒有令人滿意的結果。因此該領域研究重點是數(shù)值法,包括差分法和有限元法。本文就是利用 ANSYS 有限元分析軟件對熱軋帶鋼工作輥的溫度場和熱應力進行解析。在溫度場的計算中采用 Solid70 熱單元進行解析,對工作輥施加第三類邊界條件載荷,得出工作輥不同時間的 ISO 方向溫度圖和溫度等高線圖,以及工作輥表面不同深度下的溫度分布曲線圖。在工作輥熱應力計算中,采用 Solid45 結構單元進行解析,把溫度作為載 荷施加到結構單元上,得到工作輥徑向、軸向、剪切方向以及 Von Mises 等效熱應力的熱應力等值線分布圖。 本文還針對某廠 2025 熱軋帶鋼軋機工作輥進行了計算機仿真,仿真結果與文獻中的實驗數(shù)據(jù)有很好的一致性,從而驗證了本文模型計算的正確性。其結果可以為板型控制和工作輥壽命計算分析提供理論依據(jù)。 關鍵詞 :工作輥 溫度場 熱應力 有限元 ABSTRACT The thermal deformation of hot rolled strip work roll influenced directly not only the shape of roll gap but also the quality of strip. It was shown that there were greater thermal stress formed within work roll with periodical temperature imposed, especially instantaneous thermal impact . The thermal stress led to thermal fatigue on roll surface. As a result, the fatigue crack made the roll break and disable. Therefore, It was importance that confirm the thermal stress qualitatively and quantificational and the accurate putation of temperature field was the base of the putation of thermal stress. 10 The putation on temperature field of work roll was a key because of the plexity of thermal conduction and thermal deformation during hot strip rolling. The algorithm included analytical method, numerical method and measurement method, and so on. The oute resulted from analytical method and measurement method were dissatisfied due to the wicked and plicated work condition of work roll. So researchers put an emphasis on the numerical method, which included difference method and FEM. This paper analyzed temperature field and thermal stress on the surface of hot rolled strip work roller with the help of ANSYS software. We imposed the third boundary condition load on work roll with Solid70 thermal element resolution during puting temperature field. The result showed that ISO direction temperature changes with time, temperature contour line, and temperature graph with different depth on the surface of work roll.
