The final leasing contract of acmodation will be signed between Party B and local agent. 甲方和當地的房屋中介公司聯系， 無償 為乙方介紹當地的公寓住宿。乙方赴美后直接和房屋中介公司簽訂租賃公寓合同。 Article 32 第三 十 二 條 All the costs of service Party A provides to Party B which are included from chapter 3 to chapter 5 are listed in chapter 8. Party A will also provide the following, included but not limited, additional services, the price of which are not included in Chapter 8 and 12 shall be negotiated or fixed latterly. 本合同第三章至第五章甲方向乙方提供的服務包括在第八章的價格中。甲方還向乙方提供 包括但不限于 如下的有償服務，相關服務費用不包含在第八章的價格中，其費用另行制定或商定。 1. Logistics Service。 物流服務； 2. Business Center Service。 商務中心服務； 3. Legal consulting and accounting service。 法 律、會計服務； 4. Business developing service。 業(yè)務拓展服務； 5. Investing and financing service. 投資、融資服務。 Chapter 7 Deposit 第七章 保證金 Article 33 第三十三 條 To ensure Party B conforms to America laws and regulations on business operation and visa management, Party A’s bylaws and proper use of the booth in the Marketing Centre, Party B shall pay business visa deposit, working visa deposit and booth deposit to Party A. 為保證乙方在入駐期間遵守美國有關公司經營、簽證等法律法規(guī)、甲方的各項規(guī)章制度及正確妥善使用營銷中心商鋪，乙方需向甲方支付 商務簽證 、工作簽證和商鋪 的 保證金。 Article 34 第三十四 條 If Party B does not breach America laws and regulations on visa management and 13 enter into the Marketing Center as stipulated in this contract, Party A will refund the business visa deposit and working visa deposit to Party B after the expiration date of the visa hold by Party B’s assigned staff and without intention to transact it again. 如果乙方沒有違反美國簽證管理相關規(guī)定的行為，并且按照本合同的約定入駐營銷中心 ，甲方將在乙方入駐人員商務簽證 、工作簽證 期滿并不再要求辦理后， 分別 將商務簽證 和工作簽證 保證金退還乙方。 Article 35 第三十五 條 When this contract expires, Party B shall be obliged to return the booth of the Marketing Center back to Party B in the same conditions as received, including authorized improvements. The deposit will be refunded to Party B. 本合同屆滿，乙方將商鋪恢復原狀，并完好地退還甲方后，甲方將 商鋪 保證金退還乙方。 Article 36 第三十 六 條 If any problems are found in the following circumstances, Party A is entitled to deduct part or all of the deposit： 乙方如有下列情形之一時，甲方有權不予退還保證金： 1. Party B is in violation of the contract； 違反本合同的約定； 2. Party B’s personal stay in the US illegally with expiring L1 or B1 visas； 持商務簽證超期，或在美國非法 滯留不歸； 3. Party B has seriously violated American laws, regulations and the regulations of pany operation and visa management, causing a bad influence； 違反美國的法律和法規(guī)，違反美國有關公司經營和簽證管理的規(guī)定，造成不良影響； 4. Party B causes economic losses or damages Party A’s reputation, or damages booth facilities and refuses to pensate； 給甲方造成經濟和名譽損失，損壞營銷中心商鋪的設施和設備拒不賠償； 5. Party B unilaterally terminates this contract and takes an unauthorized leave from 14 the Marketing Center； 乙方單方面解除本合同離開營銷中心； 6. Party B refuses to pay relevant fees of the second year and the third year； 乙方拒付本合同規(guī)定第二年、第三年的有關費用； 7. The contract has an early termination due to Party B’s liability described in Chapter 10 and Chapter 11 of this contract. 出現第十章和第十一章約定的由于乙方的責任而提前終止本合同時。 Chapter 8 Fee and Payment 第八章 入駐費用及其支付 Article 37 第三十七 條 To above services listed from Chapter 3 to Chapter 5 provided by Party A, the fee standards are as follows: 甲方提供第三章至第五章約定的 服務，收取的入駐費用收費標準如下： 1. Handling Charge on Company Registration in the United States: RMB 15,000。 公司 注冊手續(xù)費用： 壹萬伍千元人民幣； 2. Handling Charge on B1 Visa Application: RMB5, 000/ person/year。 商務簽證（ B1）手續(xù)費用：伍千元人民幣 /人 /年 ； 3. Handling Charge on L1 Working Visa Application: RMB35, 000 / person。 工作簽證（ L1）手續(xù)費用：叁萬伍千元人民幣 /人 ； . Booth Rent: RMB7, 500/m2/year. Minimum leasing area is 20 square meters. 商 鋪 租 金： 柒仟 伍佰 元人民幣 /平方米、年。起租面積為 20 平方米。 5. Deposit 保 證 金： 1). Deposit on B1 Business Visit Visa: RMB50, 000 / person。 1）、商務簽證保證金：伍萬元人民幣 /人； 2). Deposit on Working Visa: RMB50, 000/person。 2）、工作簽證保證金：伍 萬元人民幣 /人； 15 3) Deposit on Booth: RMB50, 000/person。 3）、商鋪保證金：伍萬元人民幣 /個 Article 38 第三十八 條 Party A transacts one business visit visa and one working visa for Party B。 甲方為乙方辦理壹個人的商務簽證；壹個人的工作簽證； Party B rents square meters of booth from Party A. 乙方承租甲方 平方米的商鋪。 Article 39 第三十九 條 Party B shall pay the following amount of money to Party A: 乙方應向甲方支付以下款項： 1. Handling Charge on Company Registration: RMB 15,000。 公司注冊手續(xù)費用：人民幣 15000 元； 2. Handling Charge on B1 Business Visit Visa: RMB ； 商務簽證手續(xù)費 用：人民幣 元； 3. Booth Deposit: RMB 商鋪保證金： 人民幣 元； Total: RMB . 共 計： 人民幣 元。 16 Article 40 第四十 條 Party B shall pay the first year booth rent and relevant fees to the following designated bank account of Party A: 乙方將 第一年的
