Hospital modernization has never had the impetus and opportunities for health development in the field of unlimited potential. Using puter to manage medical information has bee a scientific and modern sign and would bring to the hospital obvious economic and social benefits. This paper introduced a basic design method of medical information management system, a detailed explanation of which application system is produced. Eventually, a particular analysis and a plete design are realized. First, this domestic careful analysis and foreign medical management of the status are introduced in the development of the background and significance and the bination of practical information on the reality of demand. Second, the situation of medical management and software design are presented .Then, the most depict the part of the realization. These mainly include dictionary maintenance, outpatient management, President out patient. And detailed description of doctorpatient workstations and workstations are given.
