四、保險：乙方持工作簽證并與甲方簽署正式聘用合同后，甲方為乙方購買人身意外和公共交通意外保險。乙方獲得當(dāng)?shù)毓矙C(jī)關(guān)頒法的《居留許可證》后的下一個月起，甲方為乙方購買社會保險(養(yǎng)老保險、綜合醫(yī)療保險、住院醫(yī)療保險和工傷保險)。社會保險卡將由政府職能部門于乙方取得《居留許可證》后50個工作日左右發(fā)放給乙方(節(jié)假日順延)并開始持卡享受中國國民一樣的上述社會保險待遇。乙方如需就醫(yī)，須在社會保險定點醫(yī)院就醫(yī)并按社會保險規(guī)定承擔(dān)相應(yīng)比例的費用，在非定點醫(yī)院就醫(yī)費用自理。受聘方的掛號、就醫(yī)交通、鑲牙、整容、保健按摩、配眼鏡、住院就餐和服用非醫(yī)療性的滋補(bǔ)藥品以及醫(yī)生出診等費用自理。
Insurance :Party A will buy personal accident and public transportation risks insurance for Party B after both arriving in China on a work and signing a formal employment A will buy social insurance ( including pension,prehensive Medicare,hospitalization and injury on job site ) for Party B will after getting the Resident Permit from the Public Security this insurance card will be issued by the Social Insurance Bureau around 50 work days after receiving the Resident Permit (will be delayed if there`s a holiday).
