跟隨課題組老師，進(jìn)行深入的理論研究和實(shí)踐，協(xié)助學(xué)長(zhǎng)和導(dǎo)師完成課題。學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)表幾篇高質(zhì)量的論文，提高自己的科研能力。這一階段中，我會(huì)盡快融入導(dǎo)師的研究組，工作的同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)各種研究方法，在具體的研究中學(xué)習(xí)研究的一般過(guò)程和步驟，不斷訓(xùn)練自己的思維能力和創(chuàng)新能力。
第三階段：對(duì)自己選擇的專(zhuān)業(yè)方向進(jìn)行更深入的研究，完成一篇優(yōu)秀的畢業(yè)論文。
四、就業(yè)目標(biāo)
我希望自己在積累了足夠多的理論知識(shí)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)后，能為祖國(guó)的建設(shè)奉獻(xiàn)一分力。我會(huì)在碩士研究生階段努力的學(xué)習(xí)研究，達(dá)到十分優(yōu)秀的程度，如果覺(jué)得還有學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和機(jī)會(huì)的話，我可能會(huì)考雅思出國(guó)進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)。當(dāng)然如果是工作的話也是有可能的，學(xué)以致用才是學(xué)習(xí)的真正目的，所以我會(huì)優(yōu)先選擇進(jìn)入一些優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)或能給我自由發(fā)揮的做得比較好的大型企業(yè)，這對(duì)我能力的發(fā)揮將有很大的幫助，也會(huì)為我提供一個(gè)比較好的平臺(tái)向更多的前輩學(xué)習(xí)。

篇三：考研 推免英語(yǔ)復(fù)試自我介紹
在自我介紹完了老師就會(huì)開(kāi)始問(wèn)你問(wèn)題這里列出一些常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題，可以認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備。注意在準(zhǔn)備的過(guò)程中，要結(jié)合自己的經(jīng)歷和見(jiàn)解來(lái)準(zhǔn)備答案，讓自己回答的問(wèn)題和整個(gè)的自我介紹融為一個(gè)整體。要不然很容易被考官抓住把柄，問(wèn)個(gè)沒(méi)完，很容易因緊張而露出馬腳。
在每一年的面試中都會(huì)有很多相同的問(wèn)題，這些問(wèn)題看起來(lái)很平常，卻有很多陷阱，一不小心就會(huì)被考官抓主小辮子了?；卮疬@些常見(jiàn)的看起來(lái)很平常的問(wèn)題，是很有藝術(shù)的。
基本上每個(gè)院校每個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)的口試中都會(huì)涉及這一方面?？脊倨鋵?shí)是要借此了解你的口頭表達(dá)能力以及你的報(bào)名表之外的一些信息。自我介紹時(shí)間以23分鐘為宜。思路要清楚，要突出重點(diǎn)，口語(yǔ)盡量流利(不要太流利了，有背誦之嫌)。
1) 考官要求你作自我介紹時(shí)，不要用?let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重復(fù)、啰嗦。開(kāi)頭可以只用一句話引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you ，介紹姓名、年齡等等。
2) 自我介紹的主體內(nèi)容
① 姓名。介紹自己姓名時(shí)，發(fā)音一定要準(zhǔn)(南方考生要多加注意)。
② 年齡。年齡可以跟在姓名后帶過(guò)(I am XXX, 25 years old)。
③ 原來(lái)的院校、專(zhuān)業(yè)。注意：一定要把原來(lái)學(xué)校的英文名稱(chēng)、專(zhuān)業(yè)的英文名稱(chēng)弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生)。 所屬的公司、職位。注意：在職考生則應(yīng)將自己公司、自己職位/職稱(chēng)的英文名稱(chēng)弄明白。
④ 性格、能力?？梢灾貜?qiáng)調(diào)你的個(gè)性對(duì)你報(bào)考的專(zhuān)業(yè)有何積極的作用。如果報(bào)考的是學(xué)術(shù)性的專(zhuān)業(yè)，可以說(shuō)自己細(xì)心(carefully，detailoriented)、條理分明(logical)、踏實(shí)(steady)等。如果是研究性、應(yīng)用性更強(qiáng)一點(diǎn)的專(zhuān)業(yè)，可以說(shuō)自己負(fù)責(zé)(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。
其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容詞有：active, aggressive(有進(jìn)取心的), adaptable, amicable(友好的), analytical(善于分析的), cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主見(jiàn)的), innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一絲不茍的), temperate等等。
在職考生或有過(guò)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的考生還可以強(qiáng)調(diào)一下你的工作成績(jī)，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation.
⑤愛(ài)好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. 除了強(qiáng)調(diào)你的學(xué)習(xí)的重視，同時(shí)也要避免給考官一種“書(shū)呆子”的感覺(jué)。一般可以從體育、音樂(lè)、電影等方面來(lái)說(shuō)，同時(shí)要簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)明這些愛(ài)好對(duì)你的積極意義(build my body, relax myself, open my mind?)。注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的愛(ài)好，如：playing puter games，watching TV等。
⑥你對(duì)報(bào)考的專(zhuān)業(yè)有興趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with?)，可適當(dāng)舉出一些例子，如經(jīng)常看相關(guān)的書(shū)籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強(qiáng)調(diào)知識(shí)教育對(duì)工作的影響： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in munication.
