【正文】 生活的各個領(lǐng)域 ,在這些應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中 ,三相異步電動機運行的環(huán)境不同，所以造成其故障的發(fā)生也很頻繁，所以要正確合理的利用它。其外圍表面沖有凹槽，用以安放轉(zhuǎn)子繞組。 PLC 與繼電器控制的區(qū)別 (1) 控制方式 繼電器的控制是采用硬件接線實現(xiàn)的，是利用繼電器機械觸點的串聯(lián)或并聯(lián)極延時繼電器的滯后動作 等組合形成控制邏輯，只能完成既定的邏輯控制。在程序執(zhí)行的過程中如果使用立即 I/O 指令則可以直接存取 I/O 點。接觸器互鎖的三相異步電動機正反轉(zhuǎn)的控制線路更是取代了傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制線路，使電動機的控制有了進(jìn)一步的提高。 圖 3— 6 PLC控制線路實體框形 三相異步電動機使用 PLC 控制優(yōu)點 本文設(shè)計就對三相異步電動機的正反轉(zhuǎn)控制，順序起動等系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計，還有其它的像制動和調(diào)速控制在這里我就沒有設(shè)計，其實主電路都是一樣的，就控制電路有一點小差異，使用 PLC 控制三相異步電動機有很多好處的：不易老化，設(shè)備簡單，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，便于控制價格便宜等。 在整個設(shè)計制作過程當(dāng)中，我感覺收獲非常大，我獲得的不僅是理論上的收獲 ,還有實踐中的收獲，同時還有的就是同學(xué)們之間的合作精神。 安徽工貿(mào)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 14 結(jié) 論 本次論文我研究了用 PLC 簡單地 控制三相異步電動機，我感覺這樣的設(shè)計使系統(tǒng)很穩(wěn)定，在工廠或者農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中都有很大的作用，達(dá)到了研究的目的。線路中采用了兩個接觸器，即正轉(zhuǎn)用的接觸器 KM1 和反轉(zhuǎn)用的接觸器 KM2，它們分別由控制按鈕 SB2 、 SB3 控制。 (3) 輸出刷新階段 當(dāng)掃描用戶程序結(jié)束后， PLC 就進(jìn)入輸出刷新階段。 (2) 控制速度 繼電器控制邏輯是依靠觸點的機械動作實現(xiàn)控制，工作頻率低，毫秒級，機械觸點有抖動現(xiàn)象。 三相異步電動機的工作原理 圖 12 為三相異步電動機工作原理示意圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： PLC 三相異步電動機 可編程控制 梯形圖 安徽工貿(mào)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） II PLC control with a three wire asynchronous motor is inverting design Abstract This paper designed the threephase asynchronous motor PLC control circuit, is a threephase asynchronous motor positive inversion control, pared with the traditional relay control, with high speed, high reliability, flexibility and other advantages.
