Company, the vessel operated and managed by the Company and all the seafarers serviced on the vessel. 2 基本權(quán)利和原則 Fundamental Rights and Principles 海員按照國(guó)際公約、 船旗 國(guó)法律法規(guī)以及相關(guān)協(xié)議充分享有如下權(quán)利： Seafarers enjoy fully the following rights according to the international conventions, flag state laws and regulations, and agreements related: 1) 符合國(guó)家法律規(guī)定的自由結(jié)社和集體談判的權(quán)利； freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining。 Seafarers that have been refused a certificate or have had a limitation imposed on their ability to work, in particular with respect to time, field of work or trading area, shall be given the opportunity to recheck to have a valid medical certificate when whose healthy condition getting better . 在緊急情況下，經(jīng)主管機(jī)關(guān)書面同意本公司可允許沒有持有效體檢證書的海員工作至可獲得體檢證書的下一港，條件是： In urgent cases, after getting the written consent from the petent authority, the Company may permit a seafarer to work without a valid medical certificate until the next port of call where the seafarer can obtain a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner, provided that: 1）
