So, it’s predictive that high technological businesses will lead the axis of developmental strategy in the future.In this article, It researches the topic that the technological manager concerned. First It analysis the environment of newly developing technological businesses. It makes one step to submit the innovative strategy and new vision of the technological management. At last, It submit the suggestions being a conclusion that’s about the direction of developing strategy of technological management.
