經(jīng)該工藝處理后,CODCr 的去除率達(dá) 95%以上,實(shí)際出水水質(zhì)為 PH=6~9,色度100 倍, SS100mg/L,BOD550mg/L ,CODCr150mg/L。此處理工藝用于有機(jī)物濃度高,以印染廢水為主的綜合工業(yè)廢水處理。因此處理工藝要考慮這些因素,要有一定的適應(yīng)水量、水質(zhì)負(fù)荷變化的能力。絲光廢水堿性較強(qiáng)(含 NaOH3%5%左右) ,多數(shù)印染廠通過蒸發(fā)濃縮回收 NaOH,所以絲光廢水一般很少排出,經(jīng)過工藝多次重復(fù)使用最終排出的廢水仍呈強(qiáng)堿性,BOD、COD 和 SS 值均較高。(3) 印染廢水中的堿減量廢水,其 CODCr 值有的可達(dá) 10 萬 mg/L 以上,pH 值≥12 ,因此必須進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,把堿回收,并投加酸降低 pH 值,經(jīng)預(yù)處理達(dá)到一定要求后,再進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池,與其它的印染廢水一起進(jìn)行處理。印染廢水是一種色度較高,以人工合成有機(jī)物為主、濃度較高的有機(jī)廢水,亦屬于較難處理的工業(yè)廢水。關(guān)鍵詞:鐵碳體微電解 部分微電解 水解酸化 生物接觸氧化 印染廢水I / 88AbstractThe main introduction of this text prints and dye the water quality characteristic of the waste water and various kinds of treatment technologys, and has explained the general procedure of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment with the engineering design instance . Body used in the design of carbon microelectrolysis of iron hydrolysis acidification and a bination of biological contact oxidation process, the regulation pool, grit chamber, the body of carbon microelectrolysis of iron towers, hydrolysis acidification tank, biological contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, etc. sort and specifications for design and calculation. With this design, wastewater biofilm can be achieved good results and stable handling, CODCr removal rate above 85%.
