【正文】 In the event that Party A fails to provide Party B with the VAT invoices for the electricity, water and gas fees, Party B is entitled to deduct in advance the Tax Loss Party B may suffer due to Party A?s failure of providing the aforementioned VAT invoices. Further, Party B shall then pay the remainder of the electricity, water and gas fees to Party A. The aforementioned Tax Loss shall calculate as follows: amount of Rent without Party A?s VAT invoice times VAT tax rate. In such case, Party A shall provide Party B with mon invoices with the amount equal to the electricity fee, water fee and gas fee. In the event that Party A fails to provide the mon invoices for the electricity fee, water fee and gas fee, Party B is entitled to deduct in advance the Tax Loss it may suffer due to Party A?s failure of providing the aforementioned mon invoices. Further, Party B shall then pay the remainder of the electricity, water and gas fees to Party A.
