Running belong to systemic aerobic exercise, simple and efficient up, suitable for people of all ages. The treadmill is modeling this running, step of the context of the sports fitness equipment, it can make the interference of the jogging factors, such as sites, such as the weather, to a minimum, give full play to its product attributes, so that people can be more flexible schedule to choose the jogging, achieve fitness goals, improve the quality of the body.
