Complimentary Room Policy: Hotel will extend Half Twin room plimentary for every 16 full paying guests with a maximum of 2 plimentary rooms per group. All plimentary rooms shall be used while the relevant group is in the hotel. 2. Rooming List / Cut off Period: The rooming list must be submitted to the hotel at least ___days for High Season, ___days for Shoulder Season and ___days for Low Season prior to group’s arrival. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the group in case that the rooming list is not received within the time stipulated. 3.
