【正文】 在坑邊堆放棄土、材料和移動(dòng)施工機(jī)械，應(yīng)與坑邊保持一定的距離，當(dāng)土質(zhì)良好時(shí)，要距坑邊 外，堆放高度不能超過(guò) ； 開(kāi)挖前要做好排水工作，防止地表水、施工用水浸入開(kāi)挖區(qū)域或沖刷邊坡； 挖土?xí)r要隨時(shí)注意土壁的變動(dòng)情況，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有裂紋或部分塌落現(xiàn)象，要及時(shí)進(jìn)行支撐或改緩放坡，并注意支撐的穩(wěn)固和邊坡的變化； 用挖掘機(jī)開(kāi)挖時(shí)，在挖掘機(jī)的工作半徑內(nèi)不能有其他工作； 開(kāi)挖 后應(yīng)盡快進(jìn)行施工，盡早回填。 (1) Keep saw blade smooth and saw tooth sharp. Accident investigation and analysis 事故發(fā)生后 24小時(shí)內(nèi)組織相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行事故調(diào)查與分析，填寫(xiě)“事故調(diào)查與分析報(bào)告”，并將事故情況通報(bào)給全體人員，讓所有人員了解情況，避免類(lèi)似事件的發(fā)生。 Area enclosed by red caution tape indicates that it is dangerous and no entry or passage is allowed. 黃色警示帶 3. Concrete transporter (1)、操作人員必須持證上崗； (2)、蹦蹦車(chē)必須完好； (3)、車(chē)輛行駛速度不宜過(guò)快； (4)、夜間避免使用，如需使用，必須有車(chē)燈。 17 Apply for Crane Work Permit and submit crane suspension plan before mencement. Take the following points into consideration. (1) Keep crane in good condition. Operator has the specific license and should observe SOP. (2) Signal person wears orange waistcoat and direct work with whistle, flag or radio. (3) Barricade rigging area by caution tapes. (4) Make clear the weight of lifted goods and choose proper cables and other devices. Stabilize the suspended material. Tie up the goods when the quantity is more than one. (5) Take two cable to lift up in order to avoid swing. (6) Never stay or pass underneath the suspended goods. Never keep it hung too long. (7) Stop work in inclement weather. 七、施工臨時(shí)用電 VII Temporary construction power 配電箱 1. Distribution box (1)、總配電箱應(yīng)設(shè)置在靠近電源的地點(diǎn)，分配電箱應(yīng)設(shè)置在用電設(shè)備或負(fù)載相對(duì)集中的地方； (2)、配電箱必須防雨、防塵，箱門(mén)必須配鎖； (3)、配電箱內(nèi)的電器設(shè)備必須完好可靠，不準(zhǔn)使用破損，不合格的電器，空氣開(kāi)關(guān)及漏電保護(hù)器必須按規(guī)范進(jìn)行安裝和使用； (4)、配電箱必須有接地線，必須實(shí)行“一機(jī)一閘”制，嚴(yán)禁 同一個(gè)開(kāi)關(guān)電器直接控制二臺(tái)及二臺(tái)以上用電設(shè)備； (5)、所有配電箱必須每月進(jìn)行檢查和維修，檢查和維修人員必須是專(zhuān)業(yè)電工。 Definition: work high above ground without enclosure or the enclosure less than 800mm. Make reliable protecting measurement with enclosure fence or safety when working near edge. The protecting fence can be made by standard 4851mm scaffold pipes to high with baseboard which can prevent object from falling down. Hole work: to work near hole and in a high condition. Safety measurements: put protecting fence, or coving holes. 四、 動(dòng)火作業(yè) IV. Hot work (一 )、無(wú)齒切割 (i). Chop saw cutting 使用電動(dòng)無(wú)齒切割機(jī)或手持式切割機(jī)進(jìn)行切割作業(yè)時(shí)，必須提前申請(qǐng)辦理“ 無(wú)齒切割工作動(dòng)火作業(yè)許可證 ”工作時(shí)要注意以下幾方面： (1)、檢查設(shè)備是否處于良好的工作狀態(tài)，各部分是否完好無(wú)損； (2)、工作時(shí)要清理工作區(qū)域的易燃物品； (3)、要設(shè)置一定數(shù)量的合格滅火器； (4)、操作人員必須戴全面型防護(hù)面罩，戴手套及耳塞； (5)、工作時(shí)防火員必須 在場(chǎng)； (6)、工作完畢后，要仔細(xì)檢查工作區(qū)域，確認(rèn)無(wú)隱患后方可離去。 Scaffolds are necessary temporary utilities in construction work like brick masonry, wall grout, paint and parts installation. 腳手架應(yīng)滿足以下要求： 要有足夠的牢固性和穩(wěn)定性，保證施工期間在所有規(guī)定的荷載作用下或在氣候條件的影響下不變形、不搖擺、不傾斜，能保證安全； 構(gòu)造要簡(jiǎn)單，搭設(shè)、拆除和搬運(yùn)要方便。 (1) Professional gloves are required when welding or cutting. Work high above ground 凡在墜落高度基準(zhǔn)面 2m以上 (包含 2m)有可能墜落得高處進(jìn)行作業(yè)，都稱(chēng)為高空作業(yè)。 Requirements for scaffold： 1. Should be stable and tight enough during the construction and without shaking, leaning or deforming to ensure safety. 2. Simple structure and easy usage. 腳手架的搭設(shè)材料： 鋼管應(yīng)采用外徑 48mm，壁厚 ，也可采用同樣規(guī)格無(wú)縫鋼管或外徑 50~51mm，壁厚 3~4mm的焊接鋼管或其他鋼管； 扣件使用專(zhuān)用鋼管扣件； 腳手板使用板厚 4~5cm的木板。 Apply for “ hot work permit (cutting)” before cutting with electric chop saw or hand hold one. (1) Make sure the equipment is in a good working condition before using. (2) Clear up the work area and flammable objects. (3) Put some approved fire extinguisher on the spot. Welding 進(jìn)行焊接作 業(yè)時(shí)，必須提前申請(qǐng)辦理“ 焊接工作動(dòng)火作業(yè)許可證 ”工作時(shí)要注意以下幾方面： (1)、檢查焊機(jī)是否處于良好的工作狀態(tài)，焊機(jī)的所有外露帶電部分，必須有完好的隔離防護(hù)裝置，焊機(jī)的接線柱
