【正文】 在坑邊堆放棄土、材料和移動施工機械，應(yīng)與坑邊保持一定的距離，當土質(zhì)良好時，要距坑邊 外，堆放高度不能超過 ； 開挖前要做好排水工作，防止地表水、施工用水浸入開挖區(qū)域或沖刷邊坡； 挖土?xí)r要隨時注意土壁的變動情況，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有裂紋或部分塌落現(xiàn)象，要及時進行支撐或改緩放坡，并注意支撐的穩(wěn)固和邊坡的變化； 用挖掘機開挖時，在挖掘機的工作半徑內(nèi)不能有其他工作； 開挖 后應(yīng)盡快進行施工，盡早回填。 (1) Keep saw blade smooth and saw tooth sharp. Concrete transporter (1)、操作人員必須持證上崗； (2)、蹦蹦車必須完好； (3)、車輛行駛速度不宜過快； (4)、夜間避免使用，如需使用，必須有車燈。 17 Apply for Crane Work Permit and submit crane suspension plan before mencement. Take the following points into consideration. (1) Keep crane in good condition. Operator has the specific license and should observe SOP. (2) Signal person wears orange waistcoat and direct work with whistle, flag or radio. (3) Barricade rigging area by caution tapes. (4) Make clear the weight of lifted goods and choose proper cables and other devices. Stabilize the suspended material. Tie up the goods when the quantity is more than one. (5) Take two cable to lift up in order to avoid swing. (6) Never stay or pass underneath the suspended goods. Never keep it hung too long. (7) Stop work in inclement weather. 七、施工臨時用電 VII Temporary construction power 配電箱 1. Distribution box (1)、總配電箱應(yīng)設(shè)置在靠近電源的地點，分配電箱應(yīng)設(shè)置在用電設(shè)備或負載相對集中的地方； (2)、配電箱必須防雨、防塵，箱門必須配鎖； (3)、配電箱內(nèi)的電器設(shè)備必須完好可靠，不準使用破損，不合格的電器，空氣開關(guān)及漏電保護器必須按規(guī)范進行安裝和使用； (4)、配電箱必須有接地線，必須實行“一機一閘”制，嚴禁 同一個開關(guān)電器直接控制二臺及二臺以上用電設(shè)備； (5)、所有配電箱必須每月進行檢查和維修，檢查和維修人員必須是專業(yè)電工。 Definition: work high above ground without enclosure or the enclosure less than 800mm. Chop saw cutting 使用電動無齒切割機或手持式切割機進行切割作業(yè)時，必須提前申請辦理“ 無齒切割工作動火作業(yè)許可證 ”工作時要注意以下幾方面： (1)、檢查設(shè)備是否處于良好的工作狀態(tài)，各部分是否完好無損； (2)、工作時要清理工作區(qū)域的易燃物品； (3)、要設(shè)置一定數(shù)量的合格滅火器； (4)、操作人員必須戴全面型防護面罩，戴手套及耳塞； (5)、工作時防火員必須 在場； (6)、工作完畢后，要仔細檢查工作區(qū)域，確認無隱患后方可離去。 Scaffolds are necessary temporary utilities in construction work like brick masonry, wall grout, paint and parts installation. 腳手架應(yīng)滿足以下要求： 要有足夠的牢固性和穩(wěn)定性，保證施工期間在所有規(guī)定的荷載作用下或在氣候條件的影響下不變形、不搖擺、不傾斜，能保證安全； 構(gòu)造要簡單，搭設(shè)、拆除和搬運要方便。 (1) Professional gloves are required when welding or cutting. Work high above ground 凡在墜落高度基準面 2m以上 (包含 2m)有可能墜落得高處進行作業(yè)，都稱為高空作業(yè)。 Requirements for scaffold： 1. Should be stable and tight enough during the construction and without shaking, leaning or deforming to ensure safety. 2. Simple structure and easy usage. 腳手架的搭設(shè)材料： 鋼管應(yīng)采用外徑 48mm，壁厚 ，也可采用同樣規(guī)格無縫鋼管或外徑 50~51mm，壁厚 3~4mm的焊接鋼管或其他鋼管； 扣件使用專用鋼管扣件； 腳手板使用板厚 4~5cm的木板。 Apply for “ hot work permit (cutting)” before cutting with electric chop saw or hand hold one.
