現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育是以計(jì)算機(jī)、多媒體、現(xiàn)代通信等信息技術(shù)為主要手段,將信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代化教育思想有機(jī)結(jié)合的一種新型教育方式,是工業(yè)化和信息化時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物。農(nóng)村黨員干部現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育,則是利用信息化手段對農(nóng)村黨員干部和群眾進(jìn)行的教育,是我們黨根據(jù)新形勢新任務(wù)制定的一項(xiàng)重大舉措。羅莊區(qū)遠(yuǎn)程教育發(fā)展過程中也凸顯出一些問題,如部分黨員干部對遠(yuǎn)程教育認(rèn)識不充分、管理有困難;有些站點(diǎn)操作人員業(yè)務(wù)能力有限,人員配置不穩(wěn)定;教學(xué)效果不夠明顯以及學(xué)習(xí)方式受限、站點(diǎn)功能單一等。 some sites operator are not professional, staffing instability, ineffective teaching and leaning styles by limit, the site features are single. This article is based on analysis methods to Marxism, while using modern empirical analysis method, system indepth and effective analysis of the research questions sought to longdistance education of party members and cadres in rural areas. This paper argues that, development of modern longdistance education for party members and cadres in rural areas has broad prospects. A sound institutional mechanism is the premise of the healthy development and innovation is an inexhaustible motive force of the development of modern distance education for party members and cadres in rural area.
