in cooperation school,part B should attend ,for example,celebration day, teaching research activities and some important english activities, part A will give part B some transport fee for these,but no extra 、授課地點(diǎn)Teaching address甲方根據(jù)乙方的實(shí)際情況，為乙方安排的課程在主城區(qū)內(nèi)，如有其他變化，雙方協(xié)商解決。 A fails to pay Party B as scheduled.(3)In case either party asks to terminate this contract, it shall give a 30 day notice to the other party in writing, and the contract shall only be terminated after 30 days.(4)This contract can be terminated upon mutual agreement by both of the contract.(1)This contract shall be terminated once it expires.(2)This contract may be terminated with the mutual consent of both parties, and it shall be strictly observed until both parties reach an agreement PenaltyWhen either party fails to fulfill any part or all of the obligations as stipulated in this contract, that is, in the event of breach of the contract, the said part shall pay a breach penalty authorities。受聘方合同期滿后，在華逗留期間的一切費(fèi)用自理。八、違約金：當(dāng)事人一方不履行合同或者未完全履行合同所規(guī)定的義務(wù)，即為違反合同，應(yīng)當(dāng)向另一方支付8003000美元或相當(dāng)于受聘方月工資3到10倍數(shù)額人民幣的違約金。（2）根據(jù)醫(yī)生診斷，受聘方在病假連續(xù)30天后不能恢復(fù)正常工作的。七、合同的變更、解除和終止：雙方應(yīng)信守合同，未經(jīng)雙方一致同意，任何一方不得擅自變更、解除和終止合同。（五）按時(shí)支付受聘方的報(bào)酬。二、合同期自年 月 日起至年 月 日止，其中第一個(gè)月為試用期。，兩次將扣發(fā)一天工資，若達(dá)5次以上，除扣發(fā)相應(yīng)工資外，聘方有權(quán)與受聘方解除勞動(dòng)合同?！吨腥A人民共和國(guó)個(gè)人所得稅法》依法交納個(gè)人所得稅，受聘方可憑《外國(guó)專家證》及完稅證明按月兌換外匯。完成上級(jí)交代的其他任務(wù)。組織每期課程的整體學(xué)習(xí)成果匯報(bào)。受聘方合同期滿后，在華逗留期間的一切費(fèi)用自理。(二)聘方若無意與受聘方續(xù)簽合同，合同期滿即自行失效，無須提前告知受聘方。(三)受聘方在試用期內(nèi)解除本合同，須提前3天通知聘方，在試用期后因個(gè)人原因要求解除本合同，須提前30天以書面形式通知聘方。在未達(dá)成一致意見前，仍應(yīng)當(dāng)嚴(yán)格履行合同。未經(jīng)聘方同意，不得兼任與聘方無關(guān)的其他勞務(wù)。三、受聘方的工作任務(wù)(另見附件)：四、受聘方的稅前月薪為人民幣元，試用期內(nèi)稅前月薪為人民幣 元。(三)向受聘方提供必要的工作條件。不從事傳教等與專家身份不符的活動(dòng)。(二)聘方在下述情形中，可與受聘方解除合同，無須提前告知，無須支付經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償金：受聘方在試用期間被證明不能達(dá)到聘方預(yù)期條件的。聘方的規(guī)章制度違反中國(guó)法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定，損害受聘方權(quán)益的。八、不可抗力不可抗力指不能預(yù)見其發(fā)生且對(duì)其后果不能防止和避免的任何事件、情形或情況。如發(fā)生糾紛的任何一方對(duì)仲裁結(jié)果不服，可直接向地方法院提起訴訟，由法院按規(guī)定程序判決。向上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)填寫或匯報(bào)學(xué)員信息反饋表，反映學(xué)生近期學(xué)習(xí)情況，每周一次。工資以人民幣支付。四、工作時(shí)間和休息、節(jié)日，每周工作時(shí)間為6天。在試用期內(nèi)，聘方如發(fā)現(xiàn)受聘方健康狀況、專業(yè)水平、職業(yè)操守或行為舉止等不能勝任本聘用合同規(guī)定的工作任務(wù)
