The PTCN shall designate which public holidays may be observed in the Work Location taking into consideration the customary public holidays taken at the Work Location and other pertinent factors. Such public holidays shall be uniformly granted to all employees and Assignees at the Work Location, save for personnel necessary to ensure safety of operations and security, and no other public holidays, including public holidays observed by MCO, shall be observed by Assigned Personnel from MCO without prior consent of the PTCN management, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.MCO的派遣人員有權(quán)根據(jù)MCO的規(guī)定補(bǔ)償和人事政策享有假期。(B) In either of the cases referred to in Section (A) above, MCO shall not unreasonably withhold its approval.
