【正文】 government strictly. Party B will have 10 days annual leave since Party B works for Party A over one year. 甲方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守國(guó)家有關(guān)加班的規(guī)定，確實(shí)由于生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)需要，應(yīng)當(dāng)與乙方協(xié)商確定加班事宜，并以公司員工手冊(cè)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)。甲方對(duì)可能產(chǎn)生職業(yè)病危害的崗位，應(yīng)當(dāng)向乙方履行告知義務(wù)，并做好勞動(dòng)過程中職業(yè)危害的預(yù)防工作。 Article 19 Party A and Party B may terminate this contract according to agreement after consultation. 第二十條 乙方提前三十日以書面形式通知甲方，可以解除本合同。 Gives rise to another circumstance in which laws or administrative statutes permit Party B to terminate this contract. 甲方以暴力、威脅或者非法限制人身自由的手段強(qiáng)迫乙方勞動(dòng)的，或者甲方違章指揮、強(qiáng)令冒險(xiǎn)作業(yè)危及乙方人身安全的，乙方可以立即解除本合同，不需事先告知甲方。 Article 20 Party A may terminate this contract upon 30 days’ prior written notice to Party B.
