ctric power steer (EPS) system test platform, two forms of which are pared and selected in this context. Through learning the trend of modern EPS system test platform, it includes analysis and design of EPS test platform. By studying the work process of EPS, and then design the overall structure of EPS test platform with the reference to Dong Hua steering pany’s products. The assembly drawing of EPS test platform is drawn by AutoCAD. In this design, hydraulic slider is selected, and some key parts are selected and checked. The advantages of my design are as follows: (1)Testing simple, structure pacted (2)Easy to clamping and control (3) Easy to be improved and updated. 汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)是用于改變或保持汽車行駛方向的專門機(jī)構(gòu)。在設(shè)計(jì)中采用了液壓滑臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)一些關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行了選擇、校核。日本的大發(fā)汽車公司、三菱汽車公司、本田汽車公司,美國(guó)的 Delphi 公司,英 國(guó) Lueas 公司,德國(guó)的 ZF 公司,都研制出了各自的 EPS。電動(dòng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)直接通過電動(dòng)機(jī)的輸出給駕駛員提供助力,電動(dòng)機(jī)只有在轉(zhuǎn)向時(shí)才工作 ,在不進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)向時(shí)幾乎沒有動(dòng)力消耗,提高了汽車的燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性;同時(shí)由于不需要轉(zhuǎn)向油泵,油管及控制閥等液壓元件,不會(huì)發(fā)生液壓油的泄露和損耗,減少了對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。如今,在國(guó)外己大規(guī)模采用 EPS,其應(yīng)用范圍也將進(jìn)一步拓寬,將作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件裝備在汽車上,并將在動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向領(lǐng)域占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。 本文研究的內(nèi)容 (1)電動(dòng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向試驗(yàn)臺(tái)總體方案設(shè)計(jì); (2)電動(dòng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向試驗(yàn)臺(tái)總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì); 3 (3)電動(dòng)助力轉(zhuǎn)向試驗(yàn)臺(tái)用傳感器的研究與選型; (4)非標(biāo)零件圖設(shè)計(jì); (5)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的布置。
