Origin in North Africa, Fujian province by JUNCAO Research Institute of Forestry University researcher Lin Zhanxi introduction breeding success, in a large area of China. This is a suitable for tropical, subtropical, temperate growth and artificial cultivation of high yield and quality of grass. But the current domestic existing grass cutting device is not much, for the needs of the market, this article mainly from the indepth understanding of giant JUNCAO according to the design of a reasonable grass cutting machine. The main research contents and results are as follows: First, analysis of the harvester cutting device and JUNCAO working principle, the structure design method is studied, based on the structure of the device and JUNCAO harvester cutting, finds out the main factors affecting the cutting performance of the cutting device in the design process, the design of cutting device is reasonable, the key parts of the cutting device is designed. Secondly, according to the actual condition of cutting device was analyzed using finite element analysis software, the grass cutting machine static stress variation, the results of the analysis, through the analysis and optimization of the data, improve the unreasonable structure.
