轉(zhuǎn)換為直流電,其中電力電子電路的全控型器件的觸發(fā)波形是由我們的 DSP 控制器產(chǎn)生的, DSP 通過事 件管理器的PWM 發(fā)生電路,產(chǎn)生我們所需要的并且自帶死區(qū)的 PWM 波形,完成這兩項(xiàng)工作之后,將輸出的電源直接輸入到蓄電池,完成本次設(shè)計(jì)。 面臨的問題 基于 DSP 擬設(shè)計(jì)一個電動汽車充電電源系統(tǒng) 的主要部分是 DSP 處理器和電力電子部分,因此, DSP控制器的發(fā)展和電力電子技 術(shù)的發(fā)展,對本設(shè)計(jì)起著制約作用。 工業(yè)進(jìn)程不然也會帶來新的技術(shù),集成電路的發(fā)展,人們開始擁有高性能的 DSP 芯片,本次設(shè)計(jì)就是運(yùn)用很高性能的定點(diǎn) DSP芯片,用它的事件管理器來產(chǎn)生 PWM波形,觸發(fā)電力電子電路的運(yùn)作,從而產(chǎn)生穩(wěn)定的輸出電壓。s society, speed of industrialization, exchange and munication between cities has bee more and more close, and promote the rapid development is rapid convenient means of transportation are nonrenewable resources oil burning to provide power, and failure to plete bustion of fuel will be mainly in the form of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide emissions into the air, so fuel cars brought serious energy and environmental pollution to human, therefore, according to the current development situation, the developing trend is clearly not ply with the principle of enduring human survival, so one after another to the green clean energy development, various countries in order to protect the human survival environment, in recent years, some developed countries developed electric cars, electric cars, mainly using electrical energy stored in the storage battery as a power source, reduce poisonous gases into the air, at the same time, save oil energy, so it is very important for battery this paper, based on DSP is proposed to design a electric vehicle charging power supply system, the battery charging, according to the present situation of the development, design a clean environmental protection car battery power supply. According to above problem, this design in the study was based on DSP is proposed to design a electric vehicle charging power supply system, the PWM control signal by DSP event manager drive SCR, then through the power electronic technology, AC DC DC power transformation, finally to battery power supply, plete the this article mainly from the following several aspects: (1) the application of DSP in the design using the DSP is aimed to provide the back of the power electronic circuit of SCR drive signal, we know that 2020 series DSP can provide with PWM control signal, dead area in Texas instruments, have almost 2020 series DSP boils down to MCU series. (2) the power electronic technology in the application of this plete the design for battery charging, to obtain a certain DC power supply, therefore, here with the help of power electronic technology, convert alternating current into direct current, eventually to battery power supply, the whole design includes the AC DC circuit, thyristor trigger circuit, the output voltage stabilizing circuit.
