華為的面試流程(存儲(chǔ)版)
【正文】 try to present my ideas in amore clear and civilized manner in order to get my points across.(我要以更清楚文明的方式，提出我的看法，使對(duì)方了解我的觀點(diǎn)。)Q：What current issues concern you the most?(目前什么事是你最關(guān)心的?)A：The general state of our economy and the impact of China39。三面是性格測試，基本過，除非你心理不正常。有機(jī)會(huì)還是要去試試的，華為早有耳聞，但一直沒仔細(xì)了解，上網(wǎng)查了才知道華為老總原來叫任正華，（暈 我又記錯(cuò)了應(yīng)該是任正菲）又了解到才華橫溢，及有可能是下一個(gè)接班人的李一男自立門戶“背叛”華為，后終被華為絞殺的事跡。不到10分鐘完成，然后又用10分鐘做了份不難不易的試卷，上交，座定，等。半天才反應(yīng)過來，應(yīng)該是叫我名字了但我在后排沒聽到。繼續(xù)等，快到5點(diǎn)的時(shí)候，大廳由最初的滿座200多人，剩下不到一半人。還是比較鎮(zhèn)定的說了自己的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，職業(yè)規(guī)劃，興趣愛好等。我忍不住想笑：跟我預(yù)料的問題一模一樣，典型的挑撥離間法，互掐的來由。一一作答。6點(diǎn)40左右又叫到我的名字。面試官撇撇嘴沒在說話。2個(gè)男面試官，1個(gè)女面試官。繼續(xù)回去等，半小時(shí)后，又被叫到名字，是做一份上機(jī)心理測試，80道題，15分鐘，小兒科，大四畢業(yè)就做過好多，無非是測試你心理是否***的選擇題，自我介紹《親歷華為面試》。”我說我就在大廳。不到半小時(shí)有人叫我名字，一面到了，專業(yè)面。面我的HR很nice, 還跟我探討了去海外的問題，我說不想去危險(xiǎn)的地方，他說我們的想法真是很好玩，要真的是這樣，華為每天都要死人了，他們都想去海外去不成，只有最優(yōu)秀的人才能去海外，呵呵，原來這樣。二面在旁邊的會(huì)議廳進(jìn)行，一開始先是簡單的自我介紹，要求：從小到大的愿望，優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，專業(yè)介紹，關(guān)于其他同學(xué)的自我介紹大家需要把重點(diǎn)介紹一下，現(xiàn)場有紙和筆，因?yàn)榈纫幌旅嬖嚬贂?huì)針對(duì)你說的或別人說的問問題，所以也要對(duì)自己說過的話負(fù)責(zé)，因?yàn)榭脊俣际桥Ｈ?，很容易就你一點(diǎn)回答慢慢推敲出你是一個(gè)個(gè)怎樣怎樣的人，這個(gè)時(shí)候你就需要據(jù)理力爭，一方面不要怕，當(dāng)然現(xiàn)場氣氛其實(shí)很不錯(cuò)，我們的面試官也是很nice的~然后就是發(fā)案例，先是自己寫答題思路等等東西，然后就是小組討論，注意邏輯，注意找亮點(diǎn)，因?yàn)閮山M的答案會(huì)有很多雷同，所以亮點(diǎn)很重要，不要討論的時(shí)候不要重復(fù)說過的，寫下的東西，浪費(fèi)時(shí)間的，總之亮點(diǎn)很重要，然后就是組長陳述，組員要記住兩組間的差異，特別是邏輯方面的，結(jié)構(gòu)方面的問題，可能會(huì)說的比較抽象，所以記住要組織好話語，組員有想法要說出來，不要不說話，這樣其實(shí)就等于你默拒了華為了。)Q：What is most important in your life right now?(眼下你生活中最重要的是什么?)A：To get ajob in my field is most important to me.(對(duì)我來說，能在這個(gè)領(lǐng)域找到工作是最重要的。)Q：What do you find frustrating in awork situation?(在工作中，什么事令你不高興?)A：Sometimes,the narrowminded people make me frustrated.(胸襟狹窄的人，有時(shí)使我泄氣。)Q：What personality traits do you admire?(你欣賞哪種性格的人?)A：(I admire aperson who is)honest,flexible and easygoing.(誠實(shí)、不死板而且容易相處的人。我相信我能成功。具體地說，我做系統(tǒng)分析，解決問題以及軟件供應(yīng)方面的支持。t nearly so important as your approach to the acalm approach is by saying,“One thing Imight do is.”Then give several alternative type of position are you interested in?Job titles and responsibilities vary from firm to state your skills instead,such as“I39。s job by then,you may not be the fright are your salary expectations?If you are asked this at the outset,it39。d like to be president is unrealistic,yet few employers want people who are content to sit might say,“in five years,I39。t you like about previous jobs you39。面試小技巧Here are good answers to some of the tougher questions asked in job you can smoothly supply answers like these during the interview,you are bound to make agood is important to you in ajob?Mention specific rewards other than apaycheck for example,challenge,the feeling of acplishment,and knowing that you have made do you want to work for this organization?Cite its reputation,the opportunities it offers,and the working that you want to work for this organization,not just any should we employ you?Point to your academic preparation,job skills,and enthusiasm about working for the your performance in school or previous employment as evidence of your ability to learn and to bee productive the job involves management responsibilities,refer to past activities as proof of your ability to get along with others and to work as part of we hire you,how long will you stay with us?Answer by saying along these lines：“As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at apace with my abilities.” we offer you acareer path?Reply：“I believe you could,once Iknow the normal progression within the you tell me about it?”The answer may be are your greatest strengths?Give aresponse like one of the following：“I can see what needs to be done and do it”,“I39。提醒各位一 點(diǎn)，如果你之所以想要某個(gè)職位，是因?yàn)樾剿浅８?，千萬別在回答時(shí)提
