【正文】 人主義價值觀非常尊重個 人時間、個人空間、個人隱私 (可看作是一種心理的空間 ) ,而對他人的關心有可 能會冒犯個人時間、空間和隱私 ,所以英語國家較少采用關心方略來表示歉意 ,同時也不能夠接受涉及自己個人時間、空間和隱私的關心方式 ,自然也不會接受此類道歉。低語境文化的模式是分散、差異。“中國屬于高語境文化( highcontext culture),因為他們在交流中更注重社會地位、客套話和其他的心理語境和外界語境信息，即人們強調‘意會’；而英語國家屬于低語境文化 (low context culture) ，他們經常忽略這些信息，在交際中更多依賴的是語碼信號本身，即人們注重‘言傳’。例如：損害或弄丟了別人的器物要賠償；撞傷了別人要帶人到醫(yī)院去治療；在多大范圍內造成了名譽或精神上的傷害，例如，誹謗，盜版等，就要在同樣的范圍內賠禮道歉，并給予經濟上的補償。因此只有在冒犯程度嚴重或意識到對方地位高于自己或與自己社會距離遠 (如對陌生人 ) 的情況下 ,男性才容易采用道歉言語行為。）” [15](P383) （四）、性別對漢英道歉策略選擇的影響 隨著社會文明的發(fā)展，男女也趨于平 等，因此性別對道歉策略選擇的影響在英美國家和中國基本上是相同的，不同只存在于男女說話者之間。） （三）、相對的權利與義務對漢英道歉策略選擇的影響 道歉言語行為是冒犯者公開承認做了不應該做的事或沒有做應該做的事。而英美國人則無論上下級或長晚輩其道歉的頻率都高，而尤以減輕責任的策略使用為多，而且傾向多種策略的混合使用，顯得更為誠懇?！盵13](P104) （二）、相對權勢對漢英道歉策略選擇的影響 相對權勢是指冒犯者相對被冒犯者所擁有的權勢，包括社會地位、年齡等。親密度對道歉策略選擇的影響在中美之間也顯出明顯的差異。冒犯行為包括開會遲到、打錯電話、忘了帶書或沒有向路過的熟人打招呼等。然而，隨著現(xiàn)代新的傳播方式的使用，書面道歉并非總是表現(xiàn)得比口頭道歉正規(guī)。而廉頗以“肉袒負荊，因賓客至藺相如門謝罪，曰：鄙賤之人，不知將軍寬至此也。” [8](P61)具體如下： (一 )、語言性和非語言性的道歉 語言性道歉是通過語言性行為進行的，這是最普通的道歉行為。而最早對道歉語進行具體研究的是 Olshtain and Cohen，將道歉語定義為“ a culturesensitive speechact set of semantic formulae or strategies”（一種對文化具有敏感性、具有一定 的語義成分或策略的言語行為組），并提出了最初的道歉言語行為模型。 types。 淺析英漢道歉語及其道歉策略的選擇 摘要 道歉是言語交際中的一種言語行為。 關鍵詞：道歉；種類；社會因素；影響；道歉策略； Abstract The apology is one kind of speech act in the spoken language munication. In our daily life we may usually apologize to others in different ways or accept others’ apologies for different reasons. However, as far as the apology is concerned, people may refer it to the expressions such as sorry or excuse me and so on.. The speech act of the apology is one kind of behavior which usually occurs when the speaker intentionally or accidentally offends the hearer, for the purpose of restoring the former specific relation. When a person has violated the social norm or affronted others in the social group, if he makes apology, he can maintain the interpersonal harmonious relations, restore his social position, and set up the good individual image.
