II The design of SFF type centrifugal fan Abstract Along with the rapid development of society, the fan is used more and more widely in the national economy. Therefore the design and manufacture of fan not only have a farreaching influence in the development of fan and the improvement of technology , but also the scheme that energy saving and carbon emission reduction , shock absorption in the design of fan can be extended to all areas of production. According to the different direction of the gas flow in the ventilator , it can be divided into the type of centrifugal, axial flow, oblique flow and cross flow . And according to the wide range of applications, as the centrifugal fan in mine, boiler, textile, building ventilation and other occasions are involved, the centrifugal fan have a far more application than document sums up the design of SFF type centrifugal ventilator transmitted by triangle tape in textile machinery. This design mainly covers the principle of operation , applicable occasions , development situation , the position of mechanical parts and so on . As well as analyses the design of the circular arc curved blade and the method of spiral case of the drawing in a small square . Taking into account the speed of fan is not high and acpanied by shock , the bearing seats are lubricated by grease lubrication structure . What’s more , it takes the action that installing the shock absorber bracket in the whole design .
