【正文】 20162017學(xué)年第一學(xué)期英語教研組工作計(jì)劃劉振英在新的學(xué)期，初中英語教研組也有了新的面貌，在面對(duì)新的挑戰(zhàn)，我們英語教研組，人人都充滿信心，在新的一年必定會(huì)取得新的成績(jī)，現(xiàn)將工作計(jì)劃如下：一、指導(dǎo)思想：在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指導(dǎo)下，并結(jié)合我校的實(shí)際情況和英語學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)，以“一案三環(huán)六步”為抓手，把提高備課組的質(zhì)量作為主陣地，努力提高教師的教學(xué)理念和業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，研究課堂，落實(shí)有效教學(xué)，扎扎實(shí)實(shí)做好英語教學(xué)工作，不斷提高英語課堂效率和質(zhì)量，創(chuàng)造一個(gè)教書育人和諧奮進(jìn)的優(yōu)良環(huán)境，全面提高我校的英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量。整個(gè)備課組要統(tǒng)一教學(xué)進(jìn)度，統(tǒng)一教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)，統(tǒng)一作業(yè)內(nèi)容，做到有問題，及時(shí)溝通，做好二次備課。通過集體備課，公開課、網(wǎng)上收集優(yōu)秀教案以及和外校交流等多種方式來豐富我組的資源庫。引導(dǎo)教師確立“終身學(xué)習(xí)”“團(tuán)體學(xué)習(xí)”等觀念，把工作與學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)合起來，做到“工作學(xué)習(xí)化”“學(xué)習(xí)工作化”。開課教師要上交開課教案由教研組存檔。（三）加強(qiáng)對(duì)訓(xùn)練、考試及評(píng)價(jià)的研究。（五）認(rèn)真組織好課外活動(dòng)和培優(yōu)補(bǔ)差工作。 homework, homework, homework in accordance with the specification, “ there will be, there will be a number of batch, shall be judged, mistakes must be corrected whenever discovered ” the general requirements of the operation quality, strive for further improvement, to achieve the purpose of “ decrease negative synergism”.4)grasping the quality of about potential students, to students of different levels of careful analysis of examination paper, timely summary and reflection, and strive in the teaching to the weak points to be )grasping the school subject, to establish the English group of scientific research, through access to information, learn the theoretical knowledge, write research papers, the research into classroom to improve teachers39。 innovative spirit and practical ability to focus, and constantly deepen the reform of classroom teaching, and prehensively improve our English teaching and research group of teaching work main work: 1 strengthen education theory study, improve teachers theoretical acplishment: 1)studying English education teaching theory, using advanced scientific teaching theory to guide the teaching work of the the method of linking theory with practice to promote teaching reform, in order to provide a theoretical basis for teaching and research )every week to organize a whole group cooperative learning activities, from all kinds of magazines and books to find value in this paper, the mon study and discussion, and mon progress, and make the teaching pay close attention to conventional teaching implement, Deepening English Teaching Reform 1)grasping classroom is the main battlefield of teaching, school teaching and research group will actively carry out group within the the evaluat
