Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing, 100029)Abstract Objective: To investigate the influence of different ponents of of Semen sojae preparatum on liver and fat mass in high fat diet and diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic model was induced by by high fat diet and low dose strep tozotocin ( STZ) injection. Rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal group, model group, aqueous extracts group , polysaccharides group and isoflavone from Semen sojae preparatum (ISSP) group. Rats were given intragastrically(ig) with aqueous extracts(8g medicinal material .), polysaccharides( .)and ISSP(2g .)for 28 days, while the normal and model group were treated with water. Blood sample was taken out from rats at the end of the experiments after 24 hours’ fasting for determination of SOD,MDA and serum lipid were tested, body weight, fat weight around kidneys and testis, fat index were detected. Results: Comparing with the normal group, the serum TC, TG, FAA, MDA and fat index in model group were obviously higher(P ,P ),while LDL, and SOD were obviously lower(P ). The above mentioned index was improved (P~) at the end of the experiments. Conclusions: extracts from Semen sojae preparatum could adjust serum lipid, decrease fat index, and the active ponents should be ISSP, polysaccharides took the second place.Key words: Semen sojae preparatum。通過(guò)本研究證明,淡豆豉提取液能調(diào)節(jié)高脂糖尿大鼠血脂,并降低脂肪指數(shù),其中的主要成分可能與淡豆豉異黃酮有關(guān)。正常組大鼠肝臟外形正常,模型組肝臟體積明顯增大,多數(shù)肝細(xì)胞出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的脂肪變性,大鼠脂肪系數(shù)明顯升高,出現(xiàn)高脂肥胖,MDA明顯升高,SOD明顯降低,說(shuō)明大鼠抗氧化能力減低?!鴄queous extracts11177。*、MDA的變化模型組與正常組比較,血清MDA(P)
