【正文】 l 氣壓開關總成的安裝 Installation of the pressure switch assembly1. 安裝位置 Installation site氣壓開關作用是采集剎車信號，為避免連接氣管過長，安裝位置應靠近氣源附近。The protective measures must be taken while the cables cross over the through hole, break corner and sharp edge of the cross and side members in case of damaging them.b. 線束應避開高溫、油污位置；尤其是緩速器主機周圍的線束，一定要采取隔熱措施。線束穿過鐵板處應采取有效保護措施，以防止線束受損。 otherwise enter the procedure . Step2：保持通電狀態(tài)，手動開關至1檔，用試燈檢測各檔位對應的輸出端，此時1檔端口應能使試燈點亮。如果檢測輸出端口1或2時試燈不亮，或者檢測輸出端口3或4時試燈可以點亮，則更換手動開關；如果上述檢測沒問題則進入Step4。⑤手柄置4檔，控制電源開關盒內端口4有+24V電壓。Make sure the power cable of retarder and the earth cable are correctly connected. Step2：啟動發(fā)動機，確認氣制動系統(tǒng)壓力正常后，踩下剎車踏板，用試燈分別檢測四個氣壓開關的輸出端，試燈應被點亮，同時控制電源開關內端口V、S、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 和Ⅳ有+24V輸出；如試燈不亮，或控制電源開關內端口內相應端口V、S、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 和Ⅳ沒有+24V輸出，則更換相應的氣壓開關，或檢查氣壓開關到控制電源開關的連接導線；如果檢查正常，則結束本次檢測。如緩速器的工作指示燈未被點亮（應先確認該燈泡是合格的，以及線路的正確連接），即緩速器處于不工作狀態(tài)，測量緩速器控制單元端口4電壓，若無+24V電壓，則更換緩速器控制單元；若有+24V電壓，之后測量端口11的電壓，若無+24V電壓，則需檢查ABS是否存在問題，若有+24V電壓，則更換緩速器控制單元。 Because the retarder always operates under atrocious conditions, dust and dirt will adhere to it inevitably and have an influence on heat dispersion and servcie life, so purging work should be done regularly. The rotor part should be cleaned with pressed/steamed water gun periodicly, slight external force is needed to clean accessorily if necessary. The stator part, especial for electrical part, should be cleaned with slight pressure (after residual moisture of stator part is removed, the retarder can be put into operation).注意：在對緩速器進行清潔之前，必須切斷車輛的電源總開關！要保持緩速器系統(tǒng)清潔，特別是轉子不應覆有臟物，否則會影響系統(tǒng)的性能和壽命。定子部分，尤其是線圈部分只能用輕微的壓力水槍進行清潔。After start up the engine and drive the vehicle in the running state, push the handlever switch to step 1, 2, 3 and 4 in turn (or step on the braking pedal) in case that the vehicle speed is below 5Km/h, at this point the retarder is not available and the operating telltale of retarder should be gone out. If the checking items are up to par, enter the next procedure.Step2：當車速大于5Km/h時，依次將手動開關搬至4檔（或踩制動踏板）。如果試燈被點亮，則更換相應的氣壓開關，如果檢查正常，則進入step2。One end of the jumper cable is attached to “+” pole and the other end is touched to the terminals 1, 2, 3 or 4 respectively. The control wiring harness need be fixed to the vehicle body via cable clips.
