【正文】 往進(jìn)口方代收行 。 ? 由于實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)中經(jīng)常發(fā)生這類支付金額與合同總金額不一致的情況，因此有必要在支付條款中明確規(guī)定支付金額。 二、支付金額 ? 通常支付金額就是合同規(guī)定的總金額。這適用于交貨前無法確定附加費(fèi)用金額的交易。信用證應(yīng)于裝運(yùn)期前 30天送達(dá)賣方，其議付有效期至上述裝運(yùn)期后 15點(diǎn)在中國有效。 ? （三）附單據(jù)的信用證 ? （ L/C acpanied by documents) ? Payment by an irrevocable L/C available by sight draft drawn on the people bank of China, when acpanied by the following documents ? (1) clean on board bills of lading ? (2) mercial invoices ? (3) consular invoices ? (4) Detailed weight note of the shipper of official weigher ? 憑不可撤銷信用證向中國人民銀行開即期匯票，隨附下列單據(jù)： ? （ 1）清潔裝船提單 ? （ 2）商業(yè)發(fā)票 ? （ 3）領(lǐng)事發(fā)票 ? （ 4）托運(yùn)人或法定過磅人的重量明細(xì)單 。 ? Any delivery, the seller shall send through the Seller’s Bank a draft on the Buyer together with the shipping documents to the Buyer through the Buyer’s Bank for collection.
