This bination machine is able to achieve the processing of fine boring after the first hinge. Basing on understanding the basic configuration of the machine tool, the range of technology, precision machining, economic analysis and development trends, as well as the function and characteristics of mon ponents of the machine tool ,we perform the overall design of the machine tool and the design of multiaxle box .The first specific work to do is to analyze the main factors to affect the machine tool programming, the second one is to formulate the process, the third is to the determine the configuration type and structure of programs of the machine ,and the four one is to plete the three figure and one card. Finally, the work needed to be done is to draw the original basis for Fig of the multiaxle box design on the basis of pleting the three figure and one card, select the type of spindle structure, and design the transmission scheme and draw the general drawing of the multiaxle box assembly when the fine boring processing the of pin hole is going.This machine is fully capable to meet the processing requirements.
