【正文】 就像我們生活中的第一件事都需要有始有終，認真對待。 :《淺談網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全》，《長春大學(xué)學(xué)報》 ,2020第 2期。網(wǎng)絡(luò)的本質(zhì)特性決定了網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法律的特點、地位都與網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全技術(shù)有關(guān)，因而在研究法律保護時一定要考慮其技術(shù)性的特征，符合技術(shù)規(guī)律的要求。 掃描并清除。 IE 對此提供了多種選擇，具體設(shè)置步驟是： “工具 ”→“Inter 選項 ”→“ 安全 ”→“ 自定義級別 ”。即便確實需要共享，也應(yīng)該為共享資源設(shè)置訪問密碼。 杜絕 Guest 帳戶的入侵 Guest 帳戶即所謂的來賓帳戶，它可以訪問計算機，但受到限制。隱藏 IP 地址的主要方法是使用代理服務(wù)器。 服務(wù)器的代碼設(shè)計及執(zhí)行也要進行有效管理。黑客如要攻擊網(wǎng)絡(luò)，則先把網(wǎng)卡變成功能混雜的設(shè)備，截取經(jīng)過網(wǎng)絡(luò)的包（包括所有未加密的口令和其他敏感信息），然后短時間運行網(wǎng)包嗅探器就可以有足夠的信息去攻擊網(wǎng)絡(luò)。這類攻擊的例子是 Synflood 攻擊。這是攻擊中最容易被利用的系統(tǒng)漏洞。因而，當(dāng)一個客戶機請求查詢時，用戶只能得到這個偽造的地址，該地址是一個完全處于攻擊者控制下的機器的 IP 地址。同一網(wǎng)絡(luò)的計算機彼此都知道對方的地址，它們之間互相信任。獲得普通用戶帳號的方法很多，如：利用目標主機的 Finger 功能：當(dāng)用 Finger 命令查詢時，主機系統(tǒng)會將保存的用戶資料 (如用戶名、登錄時間等 )顯示在終端或計算機上；利用目標主機的 服務(wù)：有些主機沒有關(guān)閉 的目錄查詢服務(wù)，也給攻擊者提供了獲得信息的一條簡易途徑；從電子郵件地址中收集：有些用戶電子郵件地址常會透露其在目標主機上的帳號；查看主機是否有習(xí)慣性的帳號；有經(jīng)驗的用戶都知道，很多系統(tǒng)會使用一些習(xí)慣性的帳號，造成帳號的泄露。計算機犯罪的犯罪主體大多是掌握了計算機和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的專業(yè)人士甚至一此原為計算機及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和信息安技術(shù)專家的職業(yè)人員也誕而走險，犯罪所采用的手段則更趨專業(yè)化。通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)，利 用黑客手段侵入敵方信息系統(tǒng)，獲取軍事信息、發(fā)布假信息、病毒，擾亂對方系統(tǒng)等等。它種類繁多，而且具有傳染性、隱蔽性、突發(fā)性、破壞性，己成為信急安全的主要殺手 。 但目前 我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全卻不容樂觀， 國內(nèi)使用的操作系統(tǒng)和信息處理芯片等軟硬件的核心技術(shù)幾乎都由國外掌握，各種后門、安全隱患普遍存在，近年來計算機系統(tǒng)漏洞的發(fā)現(xiàn)速度加快，大規(guī)模蠕蟲攻擊不斷爆發(fā)，因此對我們的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全提出了更嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。盡管我們正在廣泛地使用各種復(fù)雜的軟件技術(shù)，如防火墻、代理服務(wù) 器、侵襲探測器、通道控制機制，但是，無論在發(fā)達國家，還是在發(fā)展中國家（包括我國），黑客活動越來越猖狂，他們無孔不入，對社會造成了嚴重的危害。 從本質(zhì)上來講，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全包括組成網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的硬件、軟件及其在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上傳輸信息的安全性，使其不致因偶然的或者惡意的攻擊遭到破壞，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全既有技術(shù)方面的問題，也有管 理方而的問題，兩方而相互補充，缺一小可。針對這些問題，該文歸納 了存在的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題 并 提出了一些網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全防護的方法和策略。而隨著計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)的廣泛使用和網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間數(shù)據(jù)傳輸量的增長，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題也愈加突出。網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全事關(guān)國家安全、社會穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和文化建設(shè)等各個領(lǐng)域，已經(jīng)成為全球關(guān)注的熱點問題。 關(guān)鍵詞 網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全 網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵 防護 構(gòu)建多主體農(nóng)村公共產(chǎn)品供給機制 II Abstract The development of puter work technology, make people enjoy the convenience of resources sharing, greatly facilitate the work and study,improve the work efficiency and the standard of living with the popularization of puter technology and the rapid development of work, the human civilization is undergoing profound change.
