【正文】 第四冊(cè)的拓展練習(xí)在前三冊(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上，加大了語(yǔ)言活動(dòng)范圍，對(duì)學(xué)生綜合使用語(yǔ)言的能力提出了新要求。學(xué)生在進(jìn)行聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓(xùn)練時(shí)，應(yīng)以討論為主，努力提高聽(tīng)說(shuō)的交際效率。本冊(cè)的教學(xué)進(jìn)度，建議每單元10學(xué)時(shí)。最后，學(xué)生要能夠在預(yù)定的場(chǎng)合中，得體地表達(dá)這種語(yǔ)言功能。題型包括口頭和筆頭、詞匯和語(yǔ)法兩個(gè)方面。綜合英語(yǔ)教程14冊(cè)(同步練習(xí))，鄒為誠(chéng)主編，高等教育出版社，2005。2）語(yǔ)言思維能力(Higherorder thinking ability)。本課程參照英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)低年級(jí)和高年級(jí)教學(xué)大綱對(duì)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)綜合運(yùn)用能力的要求，力求從聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)各個(gè)方面提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言綜合運(yùn)用能力，為學(xué)生今后的專(zhuān)業(yè)課學(xué)習(xí)奠定基礎(chǔ)。學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的同時(shí)接受到比較系統(tǒng)的文化知識(shí)的熏陶。參考書(shū)目：高等學(xué)校英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)大綱，上海外語(yǔ)教育出版社，外語(yǔ)教學(xué)與研究出版社，2000。每學(xué)期自學(xué)3－4單元，一學(xué)期一冊(cè)書(shū)，根據(jù)學(xué)期的長(zhǎng)短稍作刪減。為了豐富學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容，在現(xiàn)有條件下為學(xué)生放映與課文相關(guān)的錄像。八、考核方式與成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)定本課程為考試，主要考核學(xué)生英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言綜合知識(shí)和語(yǔ)言技能的應(yīng)用，試題題型較為全面。Lesson 1 Another School Year—What For?
