【正文】 什么是奮斗？奮斗就是每天很難，可一年一年卻越來越容易。8 Rights of Party B 乙方的權(quán)利To satisfy the needs during works, Party B is entitled to replace or increase/decrease the number of the working personnel in the factoryof Party A, but it shall notify Party A of the same 3 days in advance and implement relevant clauses above. The persons of Party B shall return relevant documents and certificates distributed by Party A before demobilization.如因工作需要，乙方有權(quán)更換或增減在甲方廠內(nèi)工作人員，但必須提前3天通知甲方，且執(zhí)行上述相關(guān)條款。 The chemicals brought into/taken out of thefactoryof Party A must be subject to inspection by relevant persons.帶入/出甲方工廠的工具及化學(xué)品，必須接受有關(guān)人員的檢查。 To safeguard Party A and all persons in the factory, it is strictly prohibited to conduct any behavior that endangers public security in the factoryof Party A. Party A is entitled to request Party B to rectify any such identified behavior. In case rectification still fails to meet the requirements hereof, Party A is entitled to cancel the operation qualification of Party B and terminate the Purchase Agreement between the parties. All direct and indirect economic losses caused by the behaviors that endanger public security shall be borne by Party B.為保證甲方和所有在廠人員的安全，嚴(yán)禁在甲方廠區(qū)內(nèi)有任何危害公共安全的行為。 it shall keep the equipment intact and ensure the fluid on site iswellprotected from running, overflowing, dropping and leaking.乙方在甲方廠內(nèi)工作時不得擅自搭接臨時用水、用電，保持設(shè)備完好，確?，F(xiàn)場無跑、冒、滴、漏現(xiàn)象。對于較為危險的作業(yè)（如動火、進(jìn)入受限空間、高處作業(yè)等），乙方應(yīng)事先辦理工作許可證，并應(yīng)安排專人檢查并進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場監(jiān)護(hù)。s review on the HSE management programs or measures of Party B will not relieveParty B from any of its obligations and responsibilities under this agreement or the Purchase Agreement.必要時審核乙方制訂與承包/供貨項目相適應(yīng)的環(huán)境健康安全管理方案或措施,不符合甲方要求時必須修改合格后方準(zhǔn)予入場工作。 specific handling formalities may be implemented as per requirements ofindividual factory.乙方進(jìn)場工作前必須接受甲方的環(huán)境健康安全培訓(xùn)和考試，考試合格后才能進(jìn)入甲方工作，具體辦理流程可根據(jù)各工廠要求執(zhí)行。3 Qualificationsof Party B乙方資質(zhì)Party Bshall present necessary materials to prove its pliance with the HSErequirements of the government, including but not limited to:乙方應(yīng)出示必要的資料以證明其符合政府的環(huán)境健康安全相關(guān)要求，應(yīng)包括但不限于：1) Permits for construction/sales/operation/transport of hazardous goods。乙方應(yīng)就作業(yè)內(nèi)容及形式事先通知甲方。若根據(jù)采購協(xié)議的規(guī)定，乙方有權(quán)將甲方所委托工作進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)包，則本協(xié)議內(nèi)容一并適用于其分包商及分包商的員工。食品、飲用水嚴(yán)禁帶入施工現(xiàn)場。甲方對乙方的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督檢查對乙方基于本協(xié)議或采購協(xié)議中應(yīng)承擔(dān)的義務(wù)和責(zé)任不構(gòu)成任何影響。All corporate qualifications shall meet the criteria confirmed by Party A.所有企業(yè)資質(zhì)應(yīng)符合甲方所確認(rèn)的條件。 otherwise, none of these shallbe brought into/taken out of site.乙方進(jìn)（出）場時需要帶進(jìn)（出）現(xiàn)場的車輛、施工器具、材料須經(jīng)甲方門崗保安確認(rèn)并同意后方可帶進(jìn)（出）場，否則不準(zhǔn)帶進(jìn)（出）。乙方所用的特種勞動防護(hù)用品、用具應(yīng)齊全有效，機(jī)械、工具符合法規(guī)要求。 smoking is only permitted in designated areas and specified periods, and do not forget to snuff outthe cigarette residueto prevent fire. The site must be kept clean, and the garbage on site shall bestored as per types.乙方在甲方廠內(nèi)工作時必須著裝整齊，不得在現(xiàn)場用餐、吃零食、睡覺等，吸煙應(yīng)在指定區(qū)域、指定時間內(nèi)進(jìn)行，吸煙完畢保證掐滅煙頭，防止火災(zāi)發(fā)生。 Party B shall report any accident it encounters to Party A timely and handle the investigationand treatment of the accidents, and submit the investigation report to Party A.乙方發(fā)生各類事故，應(yīng)及時向甲方報告，并完成對事故的調(diào)查、處理，將事故調(diào)查報告提供給甲方。 Upon pletion of daily works in the factoryof PartyA, Party B shall clean the waste, paper scrapesandother residual materials left on site and sort construction equipment and tools. Onceworksare pleted, all of garbage, waste, piled substances and temporary facilities must be removed. In case of failure to do timely cleaning due to reasons of Party B, Party A is entitled to clean them by itself or entrust it to other p
