Chinese holiday etiquette。 （二） 教學(xué)模式 : IEPE(Inspiring/InteractingExploring/ExpandingPractising/Presenting Evaluating)教學(xué)模式 。 本課程從培養(yǎng)高級(jí)應(yīng)用型人才的總體目標(biāo)出發(fā)，結(jié)合學(xué)生畢業(yè)后的工作實(shí)際要求，力求向?qū)W生提供未來工作崗位所需要的專業(yè)英語知識(shí)和技能，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的專業(yè)英語交際能力；本課程力求做到基礎(chǔ)與專 業(yè)完美結(jié)合、知識(shí)與技能有機(jī)結(jié)合，介紹國(guó)際旅游新動(dòng)態(tài)，全面提高學(xué)生旅游英語綜合應(yīng)用能力，培養(yǎng)跨世紀(jì)專業(yè)人才。 二、課程內(nèi)容和要求 （一） 教學(xué)基本要求： 1. 要求學(xué)生通過學(xué)習(xí)，熟練掌握有關(guān)旅游管理的專業(yè)英語詞匯，掌握常見的英文句型及重點(diǎn)語法，認(rèn)真完成課程中規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)練習(xí)，能聽懂旅游業(yè)的常用英語口語，熟練朗讀及拼寫，能進(jìn)行基本的英漢互譯，能運(yùn)用基本正確的英語進(jìn)行對(duì)客交流服務(wù)，如：機(jī)場(chǎng)迎接游客、入住酒店，游覽參觀等，掌握旅游管理專業(yè)英語的基本學(xué)習(xí)方法、技巧；并鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)借助工具書獨(dú)立解決學(xué)習(xí)中所遇到的各種問題。 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生拓展思維和自我學(xué)習(xí)及旅游交際環(huán)境中綜合應(yīng)用能力 ,體現(xiàn)教 ,學(xué) ,做融為一體 。 4. how to write formal travel itinerary in English 重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)： 推介旅游線路、展示 旅游安排和日程、介紹中華節(jié)日禮儀 等環(huán)節(jié)的實(shí)用英語 Chapter 2 English at Airport 目的要求： 1. how to identify the international arrival board and understand the airport announcement in English。 3. how to identify the maps of the scenery。 2. how to settle the customers’ plaints。平時(shí)成績(jī)主要考查學(xué)生的到課率、課堂表現(xiàn)及作業(yè)情況；期中考試包含口語測(cè)試和書面寫作，主要為口語測(cè)試；期末成績(jī)主要為卷面考試成績(jī)。 考核方式 : 過程性考核與終結(jié)性考核相結(jié)合 , 過程性考核包括平時(shí)作業(yè)、課堂表現(xiàn)、階段性測(cè)驗(yàn)等。 3. Chinese etiquette of giftgiving。 4. how to write an making a room reservation. 重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)： 旅行團(tuán)在入住酒店時(shí)候所進(jìn)行的客房 確認(rèn)、入住 登記、 介紹服務(wù)和設(shè)施、退房手續(xù)、電郵網(wǎng)上訂房 等環(huán)節(jié)的實(shí)用英語 Chapter 4 English for Sightseeing 目的要求： 1. how to understand the sections of service for conducting a tour, including: on the way introduction, introduction to a natural and artificial scenery。 2. how to municate effectively in English with your clients and discuss the travel plan and daily itinerary。特別是旅游英語口語教學(xué)以學(xué)生課堂練習(xí)為主，教師引導(dǎo)為輔，營(yíng)造生動(dòng)活躍的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性，激發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性，通過學(xué)生搭配練習(xí)、課堂表演，提高了學(xué)生口語表達(dá)水平，尤其是機(jī)場(chǎng)等地點(diǎn)接團(tuán)的能力，為以后從事旅游接待服務(wù)工作打下了良好基礎(chǔ)。尤其是通過大量專業(yè)旅游資料的翻譯練習(xí)，使學(xué)生既擴(kuò)寬旅游專業(yè)知識(shí)面，同時(shí)又提高英語水平，逐步掌握旅游專業(yè)英語的語言特點(diǎn)及表達(dá)方法。 2. 課程的教學(xué)模式因理論課和實(shí)踐課而異 。 1.
