During the lease term, it shall be subject to adjusted charging standard if property management charging standard is adjusted. 甲方承諾給予乙方一個免費的地下固定停車位。乙方在事先獲得甲方書面同意（如有必要，還應(yīng)獲得政府部門的批準(zhǔn)）后，應(yīng)自費用安裝所有水、電等能源所需的副表，因使用和維護以上副表所發(fā)生的所有費用應(yīng)由乙方自行承擔(dān)。甲方書面同意的，如有必要乙方還應(yīng)獲得能源提供方或政府有關(guān)部門的批準(zhǔn)，乙方應(yīng)按能源提供方或政府相關(guān)部門的規(guī)定向其支付相應(yīng)的增容費，并自付費用負責(zé)此類額外的能源的安裝、連接和維護。 9. When this contract is terminated with any reasons, Party B shall not require Party A to return or pay all expenses (including but not limited to any expenses paid to Party A or charge department of power supplier or other government departments) that Party B paid according to the agreement in this article (Article Six).
