In the event that Party B fails to provide Party A with the local taxation registration documentation within the timelimit requested by the aforementioned service spliers, Party A shall not be considered as a brea of this Agreement since it fails to apply to the aforementioned service spliers for an separate account on behalf of Party B within the timelimit stipulated in this section, however, Party A shall apply to the aforementioned service spliers to open an separate account on behalf of Party B within a reasonable timelimit on receiving the said taxation registration documentations provided by Party B.
