候，向獲獎論文的作者表示衷心的祝賀！本次征文活動自今年年初正式啟動以來，受到了各級各部門的高度重視，受到了廣大專家學者的熱切支持。90年來，我們黨始終堅持以實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興為己任，領導中國人民不懈奮斗，在革命、建設、改革的偉大實踐中譜寫了中華民族自強不息、頑強奮進的壯麗史詩。今天，我們各有關部門的同志和專家學者代表會聚一堂，共同回顧光榮歷史，總結(jié)寶貴經(jīng)驗，一起研討中國特色社會主義理論體系的生動實踐，研討各級黨組織在黨的思想、組織、作風、制度和反腐倡廉建設方面的創(chuàng)新實踐，其目的在于發(fā)揚優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，激勵廣大黨員干部銳意進取、開拓創(chuàng)新，扎實推進新的偉大事業(yè)，開辟更加輝煌的未來。我們黨領導人民進行革命、建設和改革的歷史，是一部波瀾壯闊的奮斗史，是一部蘊涵和體現(xiàn)毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個代表”重要思想和科學發(fā)展觀的活生生的教科書，是一筆極其寶貴的精神財富。注意總結(jié)黨的歷史上正反兩方面的經(jīng)驗，善于從中汲取智慧和力量，為不斷解決前進道路上的新情況、新問題提供歷史借鑒。特別是我們黨90年的奮斗歷程，經(jīng)歷過紅軍二萬五千里長征、八年抗戰(zhàn)等許多重大事件，也涌現(xiàn)過李大釗、張思德、劉胡蘭等無數(shù)黨史人物和革命烈士。如果我們的群眾特別是廣大年輕人對黨的歷史不了解，如果我們對歷史虛無主義不能給予旗幟鮮明地批駁，就容易重蹈蘇聯(lián)、東歐的覆轍。三、運用優(yōu)秀的理論成果唱想時代主旋律是我們加強理論研究的不懈追求。20世紀50年代后期，由于“左”的錯誤的影響，搞“大躍進”，刮“共產(chǎn)風”，以“階級斗爭為綱”，社會生產(chǎn)力遭到嚴重破壞?，F(xiàn)在，我國已經(jīng)進入全面建設小康社會、加快推進改革開放和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設的新的發(fā)展階段。讓我們更加緊密地團結(jié)在胡錦濤同志為總書記的黨中央周圍，認真貫徹黨的十七屆四中、五中全會精神，以科學發(fā)展觀為指導，為全面建設小康社會再立新功，再創(chuàng)輝煌，以優(yōu)異的成績迎接中國共產(chǎn)黨成立90周年！第四篇：慶祝中國共產(chǎn)黨建黨90周年理論研討會征文慶祝中國共產(chǎn)黨建黨90周年理論研討會征文姓名：梁建學院：政治與公共管理學院 專業(yè)：行 政 管 理班級：2008級1班學號：20080701B026教學共進，黨建同行———高等學校創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)理論與實踐問題研究摘要：“創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)”，是基層黨組織從實際環(huán)境出發(fā)，是深入開展教學活動及教學管理的有效形式，是學習實踐科學發(fā)展觀活動的繼續(xù)。關鍵詞：創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)教學 基層黨組織2007年，黨的十七大在關于黨的建設的部署中，曾明確提出開展兩項活動，一是在全黨開展深入學習實踐科學發(fā)展觀活動，二是在黨的基層組織和黨員中深入開展創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動。要通過創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動，把提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的核心任務落到實處。學?；鶎狱h組織應樹立創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)的風氣，在貫徹中央“科教興國”和“人才強國”的方針下，積極開展學術(shù)、先進理論思想研究等活動。具體要做到幾點：認真學習、貫徹黨的路線、方針、政策及決議，提高政治覺悟，要顧全大局，維護穩(wěn)定，堅持用“三個代表”的重要思想和科學發(fā)展觀武裝頭腦、指導實踐、推動工作；促進黨群關系融洽，增強濃厚的學習氛圍，促進人際關系和諧，人人思進，競相發(fā)展，推動高校凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力；帶頭參加學校組織的各項活動，高標準、高質(zhì)量完成各項任務；堅持實事求是，與時俱進，開拓創(chuàng)新，各項工作要有新思路、新舉措。因此，在創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)的過程中，加強師資隊伍自身建設尤為重要。進一步弘揚高尚師德，力行師德規(guī)范，強化師德教育，完善師德考評，特別要加強學術(shù)道德和學風建設，集中解決高?？茖W研究工作中還存在的學術(shù)不端② 為奪取全面建設小康社會新勝利而奮斗━━在中國共產(chǎn)黨第十七次全國代表大會上的報告》問題。(四)在開展創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動中要進一步加強高?；鶎狱h組織建設和黨員隊伍建設。二、完善“學”的氛圍，高校黨組織應“創(chuàng)學”環(huán)境無論什么形式的教學，學生都是教學的主體。因此，在高校教學“創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)”活動中，高校黨組織要扎實發(fā)揮實際作用，把關鍵放在發(fā)揮高校黨組織在解決“培養(yǎng)什么學生”、“如何培養(yǎng)學生”這個高校辦學根本問題上的領導核心作用上。對于軟件的完善，學校黨組織及學生黨員應帶頭組織興趣小組、學生會等學生組織，充分吸納學生優(yōu)點，從各個方面為學生服務，了解學生所需，“知需而定所供”，真正捉到貫徹黨的“為民服務”的宗旨。③開展創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動，高校基層黨組織應發(fā)動黨員及黨組織，在國家財政支持教育資助的同時，積極發(fā)展可依靠的社會資助項目，以短期到長期的方式解決家庭困難學生的學習相關費用問題，減輕學生的學習生活壓力，使之專心學習知識。三、“教”“學”共進，高校黨組織作用是關鍵教學作為一個整體，是不容分割開來研究的，當然也不可能分開。充分發(fā)揮黨員分布廣泛的優(yōu)勢，全方位了解學生學習以及生活狀況，了解師生之間存在的問題并予以匯報解決，從而使“教”“學”工作能相互吻合，既符合教室隊伍“教”的理念，又能從根本上滿足學生“學”的需求。江澤民同志③④
